I can't speak to this product's kidney-care claims, but as a non-caffeinated tea, it's a pleasant enough drink if you like the flavor of mushrooms. However, that's generally not what I'm looking for in a relaxing afternoon cup of tea.You don't get sachets of ground-up herbs as you might be used to; instead, you get individual plastic packets of dried herbs. You put them into your cup and let them float in the boiling water while they steep, then strain them out when you're ready to drink the tea.The brew is a medium-dark brown color and the ingredients can be re-used for at least an additional cup.

Very good tea, I like the taste and smell, gives a boost of energy, I recommend it.
