Very small and doesn’t look like palo santo

The 10 pieces are very small. Half of my finger. Also normally the smell of palo santo is pretty good, at least doesn’t smell like burning plastic. The smell of this sticks is super bad but extremely strong. The texture of wood is weird as well. First time I see “palo santo” like this. Looks more that it’s a piece of woods I have next to my house in Dubai. So I recommend to purchase in different shop. But maybe I just got unlucky
