It only goes 20 but says 34 mph

This bike is a good budget e-bike, for $1,000 its a pretty good bike and has little problems.I've put about 230 miles on it now but the rear motor's axel broke so if you ride bikes a bit rough, getting a higher quality bike is ideal.

I have been satisfied with the e-bike SAMEBIKE m20 lll.Considering it’s only been 3 weeks I’ve ridden 180 miles all been trouble free.I’m impressed by the torque of two motorsRange is less than advertised.I have been looking for customer service? Haven’t found it yet. I have some experience with building bicycles in the past. I felt like it was very straightforward. I took my time and carefully double checked my work and also their work.Speed is reasonable.@20mph haven’t unlocked it yet I believe it will do 30mph Not sure I want too. The display has a lot of options that I don’t feel comfortable adjusting. I like the construction of the bike. Its finish is great. Seems to be a lot of bike for just commuting. But I like that. Don’t think I’ll ever ride off-road. This is my first e-bikeHappy with overall quality for now.

A week ago I bought this bicycle for my son and the tire arrived defective, the air came out of the tire and when I put air in the tire the cap fell out. I tried to talk to someone about the same bike because the bike didn't cost me 2 dollars. and his response is that I'll settle for buying another tire because there is no warranty on the tire, horrible experience.
