Excellent triceps rope as good as I have ever used which is many over many years of bodybuilding .

Standard attachment
Nice standard nylon rope attachment for tricep exercises. The quality is on par with what I would use at my local gym and is a nice addition for my home gym. The included carabiner isn't as heavy duty but gets the job done. However, I do wish that the ends were secured in rubber instead of hard plastic pieces.

I chose this to use at home, and it seems as good as the ones at the gym (only in better shape!). It's heavy, and sturdy, and should last forever with just me using it!
