Carib Sea Life Rock Ledges Pack of 3

This product is well worth the price. It is man made rock and a great beginning substitute for live rock. Make sure to rinse well and it can go straight into your aquarium. It can be made into live rock over time and is a perfect addition to a basic saltwater aquarium. It comes with many medium size 5 by 8 inch rocks, It was enough to create a nice reef wall in a 75 gallon tank. I would definitely buy it again!

These rocks are amazing for the price. Bought two boxes for my tanks (10G and a couple of 5 G) . I still had a few left. good size rocks, generous quantity. will definitely buy in the future when i upgrade my tank!! Make sure to wash them thoroughly before dropping them in the tank. They are pretty dusty.

Just purchased two boxes of this rock for my new 125 gallon saltwater tank set up and I am really loving the look of it. I have always purchased live rock for the beneficial aspects of it, but recently my live rock purchases have come with unwelcome hitchhikers which is irritating after a while. Live rock can also be a task to position in your tank without toppling over. This rock goes together like puzzle pieces and I feel as though I will not have to worry as much about my hippo tang being crushed by toppling rocks since she loves to nestle herself in between crevices (I do not like to glue live rock together because I move it around too much due to corals). For the most part I received some pretty large pieces (by large I would say football size) but that was no problem for me as I have a larger tank. You can also use a hand saw to cut down the rock if you so choose. I did start to clean off the rock before placing it into my tank, but all that is on the rock is sand so that will obviously settle after a while. If you are adding this to an already established tank I think I would take the time to clean that extra sand off so your tank is not cloudy for hours. Two of the rocks came broken but honestly it did not hurt anything; I placed the larger part on the sand bed and used the smaller part to stack. I even had small broken pieces at the bottom of the box that I was happy about because I can glue corals to them in the future.

These are Awesome! Used in my 20 gallon High with Freshwater Angelfish (for size reference). I followed advice from another review and rinsed really well then let it sit 24 hrs with seachem prime (or any conditioner for tap water) in separate bucket before adding to tank. Color is great, came with many pieces to build my little structure! Alot for 10 lbs , Great deal and quality!

OK. I will weigh in here. GREAT rock for the price. Texas Holey Rock jumped to 125 / 40lbs, bought this at 75. Bought it for my Cichlid tank and it looks great. THR has a smoother surface texture and has larger holes the fish can swim through. I actually like the more interesting surface texture of the CSSR. And by by stacking it you can create your own holes. It was also uniformly whiter than my THR. I mixed 1 40lb box with 190lbs of THR in a 125g tank. They look fine together. Update, pulled 1 star. Recently purchased 50 lbs of Florida Reef Rock for $95 from ReefCleaners.org. This rock is the best. Much more porous and is easy to build with than the CSSR. Bought 100 lbs for my reef tank and it looks great. If I were to do my Cichlid tank over, I would go with the FRR. Amazing service.

Love the rocks provided. I was worried that the rocks would be brittle, but they're really good quality and there's a ton included.

Was on the fence on this one. Was redoing my 40-Gl salt water tank. Was going back and forth between this and the fiji base rock. I like the fiji cause I can be more creative in building caves and nooks due to the shape. But I went with these and overall I'm happy. These rocks have a lot of surface area due to the "craters" all over. Lots of area for bacteria. After ordering this on a friday I was told that it would arrive on tuesday which was awesome. However, while i was waiting for my fedex shippment, fedex tracking updated and posted that "box damaged, customer refused". Called up fedex and gave them an earfull about how did they decide that I refused if they didn't even come to my house. After 20 minutes on the phone, they told me that the driver made the call and that it was already on its way back to amazon. Good job fedex. I told them that it's just rocks and that "I" should be the one to decide if it was to be refused or not. Anyways..... web chatted with amazon and within 5 minutes they sent another order out free of charge. You guys are great amazon. Eventually got the box, washed the rocks and dropped them in with some live rocks to seed. Almost a month later and everything looks good. Don't have color/algae yet but I'm not worried. Parameters are comming down. Maybe one more week. Overall happy with everything except I wish it had the fiji characteristic of being more elongated but no big deal.

Nice sized pieces that can be glued together to make much larger structures, lots of holes ect , wash before using it is gritty from handling during shipping, I would buy from them again.

I was a bit worried because I could here a lot of loose pieces but as I opened the box I was jumping up and down from excitement. They are big and beautiful. I can't wait to set them up in my tank. I recommend this shop 100%. ☺️☺️

good quality and price

Great quality rock, came in mostly bigger pieces which is nice because it affords you the ability to break the rocks and manipulate them as you would wish. My local LFS was out of dry rock so I figured I would give it a go ordering this product and I was concerned about the selection of shapes, however I believe they do put effort into giving you a broad selection of shapes. Will likely purchase in the future if I am in the same situation. Did not weigh the bag of rock however I believe it must be just about on par with the lb per ga ratio as the picture is of a 10g tank

I have brought 4 boxes (40Lbs) per box , and I got around 42-46lbs in each box , and very little damage , All pieces were in perfect condition ! Will be buying more when available again. I was happy to have Flat Rock , Rounded rock and all sizes of thickness . Super fast shipping and amazing price delivered to my Door !!!!!

Great rock lots of crevices and spots for bacteria to grow the sizes were pretty decent but alot of small pieces came in my order was hoping for a few large pieces but over all I just went with the flow and put the rock in my tank
