Theia Palladium 500, Heavy Weight, Court Shape Wedding Ring

i bought this as a wedding ring 6 months before the wedding day.i have now had it on for 3 weeks and it has turned dull and scratches really easy.i have tried to restore the original look of when it came out the box to no avail.This ring now looks like a cheap piece of tin.I took it to a local jewellers to see if they could clean the ring and they advised me to complain,as this should not be in this state after 3 weeks.NOT A HAPPY MAN
