Main Access Easy Incline White Pool Deck Ladder for 48 to 54 Inch Above Ground Pools

Just installed this ladder in my above ground pool a few days ago and really like it. It is perfectly vertical in my pool, whereas my old ladder had an angled incline that caused it to stick out into the pool several feet.. I like that this one takes up very little space in the pool. The steps are wide and comfortable, and it is easy to climb in and out of the pool.Main Access, the manufacturer, offers excellent customer service. When I received the ladder, the handles and screws were not included in the box. I emailed Main Access and they responded within minutes that they would send out the missing components, and I had them within a few days.In short, I am happy with this ladder and highly recommend it!

So I gave this 5 stars because the product was good, but I think the instructions could have been a little better. I learned from experience, so I will fill you in.1- DO yourself a favor and use the metal brackets. The plastic ones with it are cheap, IMO.2- It is suggested you can use regular patio pavers in the ladder to balance it out. Well it should be mandatory. I wish I had done this first. It would have made installation easier. The ladder kept floating to the top and it made my holes I needed to drill a little off. I placed 4 pavers in the ladder. Two on the bottom step, and 2 on the one above it, both sets of pavers were in the middle slots. It held the ladder in place and made it a lot sturdier.3- Make sure the metal handrails are evenly spaced and straight before you secure them to the ladder. I wish I had, and will have to do this next yr, but it will get me through the season. Also make sure they are all the way in. You might have to use some type of lube to get them in, and make sure you push down hard, it's not as easy as you think.Overall, it's a good ladder. I am over 300pds and it held me fine, no bending or movement of ladder when using it. I wish the instructions were clearer, it would have made things a lot easier. 5 stars for ladder, but 3 stars of the instructions

Just received and installed my pool ladder. So far, it seems pretty good. If you follow the instructions, you do have to use a hole saw to put holes in your deck to properly secure it. If you're not ready to do that, then this may not be the ladder for you. The holes are only 1 1/2 inch and once secure and in place, the ladder seems pretty solid. I didn't use sand weights or anything and the ladder felt pretty secure while I stepped down on them. Overall, I think it's a pretty good ladder and taking it off for the season to cover my pool should be easy.

We received the ladder and took it out of the box to check it out. For us, it is too early for pool season. This has all you need. The deck flanges are included. I did not see that in the description and ordered two. It seems to be very study, molded plastic steps, and the arms-handrails-are made of aluminum. We will have to drill holes into the ladder part to secure the arms once we are ready to put it in the pool. All that hardware is included as well. I believe this will be very easy to put together with such few parts. This looks so much more comfortable and stable to use than the one I have for my pool and will be so much easier to take out for the winter months. No more crawling under my deck to loosen the screws to attach my ladder to the deck

Nice ladder...but it floats. That's annoying. The metal rails also came with some dents and dings. Other that these 2 issues it is fine.

We love this ladder in our pool!! It is good quality, sturdy, has wide footing, and looks beautiful!! I am such a picky person on things looking nice and clean. This fits the bill!! My husband did an excellent installation—there is no bounce or lifting. Feels strong entering or exiting the pool. It is also easy to clean around and under. I had originally wanted a staircase until I found these. No regrets!! If you haven’t the strength to pull yourself up and down a ladder, that may be the only drawback. But I am not a tiny person nor super young, and so just fine. 😊

This ladder was simple to install. It doesn’t wobble or move. The packaging is poor hence the small dents in the aluminum poles. The steps are solid, it’s reasonably priced. I could see this ladder not holding up to rough use but since my kids are out of the house it’ll work.
