I recently had the chance to use the Baby Soother Portable White Noise Sound Machine, designed as a plush elephant, and I must say, it's a delightful combination of a comforting toy and a sleep aid. This product is more than just a stuffed animal; it's a thoughtfully designed companion that offers both auditory and visual comfort for babies. The sound machine aspect is impressively versatile. It offers a range of soothing sounds, from gentle lullabies to the calming shush of white noise. I picked the pink elephant because it was just cuter to me, even though I have a boy. He doesn't care, either. It arrived inside a box with instructions and no plastic wrap. The elephant looks like it is great quality. The fabric and the overall look of it is very nice. Pictures included. The music box pulls out from the belly, the thing holding it in place is a tight elastic band on the inside of the white belly part. The music box takes 2AA batteries. I didn't find a volume button. The volume is fairly low, so it will be good at nighttime and shouldn't be bothersome during the day. It has music and nature sounds and the lights can be turned off.

I’d love for this to actually shut off. I don’t want it to play all night long. It turned off after thirty minutes the first time but hasn’t since.

Finally! A lovey sound machine that doesn't turn off after a short period of time! The thing I love most about this, is that I can turn this on at the start of nap or when my child is going to bed, and it stays on until I turn it off. So many lovey sound machines turn off after 10 or 20 minutes, right as a baby or toddler is falling asleep. I appreciate that the battery box has a screw protecting the batteries. I would never want to give my child a toy or stuffy where the battery isn't secured by a screw, just in case. This comes in a nice box, and would make a cute gift for a baby shower.

This is a cute little musical elephant. The stuffed animal itself is made of great quality. A but firm but still plushy. The music box is a little less quality but it works. I wish it had an automatic shut off becuase otherwise it just keeps going and going. Bye bye batteries.
