Great treat
Dogs really love these. They look like toenails from those crazy old men you see on the National Geographic channel lol. My dog gets so excited when I ask her if she wants a toenail lol...gross. Anyhoo; they don't have a ton of odor unless you get them close to your nose and why would you anyway? I don't notice any smell while my dog chews them and they don't leave any stains on the carpet. They don't last as long as I'd like but my dog seems to think eating treats is a contest. Overall I would get these again and the ingredients make me feel comfortable giving them to my little girl.EDIT: after reading a few disappointing reviews I thought it was worth noting that these treats would be best suited for dogs under 20 lbs in my opinion. This style of treat comes in many shapes and sizes and this size is geared toward the smaller breeds. My dog is a Toy Fox Terrier and weighs about 10 lbs. These are perfect for her. If you give these to a bigger dog don't be surprised if they one/two bite them.

My very picky yorkie loves these!
First let me start by saying I received these in one day! I have the pickiest Yorkie on the planet and she turns her little nose up at everything. These springs are about 8 inches long and I took one out of the bag and let her smell it. She was not interested. You can not break these in half so I cut it with scissors and gave her half a spring. I do notknow what cutting it in half did but she grabbed it and took off to hide and chew in peace. I went tocheck on her and she growled at me. She never does this so I am thinking she must really like them. Ittook her about 15 minutes to chew half the spring. I must say these springs stink. Not just unpleasant, but truly smell horrible. However, if my dog likes them then chances are most dogs will love them. They are expensive for a treat. $20 for 12 sticks that last maybe 15 minutes? Bring the cost down.

Not very substantial like the ones I'm used to buying
These are so lightweight & flimsy. My dogs had one gone in less than 5 minutes. And they are not big dogs at all. Normally the kind I buy will last at least 2 - 2 1/2 days. They are hard core chewers. On the positive side, they did like them. I think these would suit an older dog that likes to chew but needs something softer. Or for puppy teeth. My two gobbled them down in no time. I bought 2 bags, but for the price I'm sending one back & will invest in the kind I normally buy them. They came extremely fast. Kudos to the company for that.

Doggie goes absolutely nuts!
We first started buying these kinds of thing (spiral bully chews) from a local pet store chain. The brand they feature is a lot more expensive (About $7 each chew), but lasts a day or two before he consumes the entire thing. Each Nature Gnaws chew is typically gone in less than an hour. He does enjoy them very much and overall, the savings in cost still make Nature Gnaws a good investment in joy for my pet. Typically we cut each in half so he doesn't go overboard with them (too many treats and dogs turn their noses up at mealtime). We've bought these twice so far and have no plans to stop.

We LOVE Nature Gnaws!!!
My 6lb Morkie is quite the chewer, so we always have many different varieties on hand of Nature Gnaws. This particular bag smelled rancid, so I contacted the company directly. They took care of me immediately! Although a little stinky, but what do you expect from a natural product? Even though our pup is tiny, we have to purchase medium bones for her or she will instantly devour. The porky springs and pretzels she will consume in one long session, but the rest of the varieties hold up for a few chews.

Wanna drive your dog insane?
The only treat my dogs have had they go so crazy over they forget there manners. They don't smell the best when they are eating them but boy oh boy do we have the happiest dogs ever when they get one of these. Being such a favorite they don't last as long as I'd like but I think there excitement is what finishes them off so fast.

Pup loves them, wish they lasted her longer
Got these for my pup and she absolutely loves them. I offered her a choice of this, a cow ear, or a bully stick and she chose these springs. The smell is "so so". It's not completely overpowering like some other treats I've gotten and had to throw away because I couldn't take the smell. They're not odor free, but it's not bad. My only real complaint is that they don't last longer. My dog can chew through one of these things in under 5 minutes.

ONE INGREDIENT!
These chewy springs don’t last as long as some we bought in the past. That’s because they are simply PORK. NO OTHER Ingredients to either toughen the treat or snack and a pet. I truly appreciate something natural for my babies.
