I use these on my sofa and chairs in family room that have USB ports
These work fine for the purpose purchased and the devices I plug into them (cell phone, tablet and lap top) charge quickly so seem to have good connection quality. I like the style and size and they ease of use. I find them to be a good value for the money.

Close-quarter Essential
The SuperSpeed USB 3.0 Male to Female Extension Data Cable is just what I needed to give me a bit more clearance and accessibility for the front USB ports so the USB flash drives didn't protrude far beyond the edge of the desk shelf. I also added the second extension cable to my wall mounted TV to give me easy access to the rear mounted USB port. The cables are ~5mm diameter with a thick black cover; both the male & female connection ends have sturdy strain-relief molded into the cable itself and the male/female connecters. Highly recommend for close-quarters (nearly inaccessible) access to your devices USB ports.

Must companion for laptop stand
I connect my laptop to the Dell displaylink (Dell USB 3.0 Ultra HD/4K Triple Display Docking Station). After I propped up the laptop with a stand, I noticed that my USB 3 cable "stuck out". Not only it was unsightly, it got in a way because the cable stuck out from my laptop and got it a way. I found this that will angle down so now my USB cable lays on my desk as before. No complaint whatsoever with the cable. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is one was angled down (which I'm using), but the other one is up. I wish they sold as two downs (or ups) so I can use both. As is not, the angled up cable is collecting dust in my accessory bin.

Handy solution to cables jutting out from the front USB ports on desktop computer case.
Here is your solution to the cables jutting out from the front USB ports on your computer. It's nifty to have the ports handy, but I have a couple of external drives plugged in there too and the cables were in the way of the keyboard. Ha! There's a solution. Now the keyboard can snuggle right up to the front of the computer with no issues. Genius!

Works as advertised
These cables work great for those tight spaces and just making certain setups look cleaner without the long connections at a USB port. Getting advertised speeds and cables feel nice and premium.
