Q: what type of handle/want do I need to order to place this on for reaching up ...like in the picture?

I use the Rubbermaid FGQ75500YL00 HYGEN Quick-Connect Straight Extension Mop Handle, Yellow and it works great extending up to 72 inches.

Q: Does this come with the extension handle? If not, what handle do I order?

No it doesn't come with the extension handle. I also bought the mop and mop handle and that is what I use. I cant tell you what the handle is without looking but it is they Rubbermaid HYGEN mop system. I also have used that at my job for years. I am extremely happy with it.

Q: Will this fit into wide vane silhouette blinds?

I would say yes, but that is if I understand the question correctly. The duster is about 3" across with the cover on it, and maybe 1.25 to 1.5" thick, not compressed. That being said, as you push it in tighter areas it will compress down a bit so should fit a half inch to 3/4 inch space. I think the actual wand is only .25" thick so the rest is just the microfiber cover. I have purchased about 15 to 20 of these and love them. I get the hygen extending poles and even my shortest crew member can reach high places. Ceiling fans, canister lights, track lighting and the tops of shelves are mostly what I use it for, but I don't see it being a problem with blinds. It is also a bendable/flexible metal wand that you can shape to get more reach and coverage. Highly recommend them! Hope this helps.
