Dissolves better than Metamucil
So far I like it! It dissolves completely into your beverage. There's no aftertaste or weird texture. I was taking Metamucil and I felt I had to rush to drink it because it would thicken anything you put it in. I haven't taken it long enough to notice any benefits but so far om enjoying it.

Mixes With Everything!! Coffee, Protein, Overnight Oats
I'm on my third order!! I mix 1 tbsp into my morning black coffee and there's absolutely no aftertaste. Mixes well in both hot and cold liquids. Finding a protein shake with enough fiber is near impossible and this mixes perfectly with ever RTD or powder with ease!!Even mixed with my Greek yogurt and overnight oats. LOVE that it's tasteless and does not gel. I can take my time and drink my normal beverage without changing the taste or texture. This is my new fiber. Already added to subscribe and save order monthly!!
