Pros: - It's gluten free which is great for my diet and doesn't cause me any trouble. - The sugar free blend's a nice way for me to stay healthy without a sweet hit. - One big jar's got a lot of servings so it'll last me for a few months. Cons: - I wouldn't wait too long to drink it or it'll get too thick in the glass. I think this orange fibre drink's a great choice for anyone who wants to feel a bit lighter.
