I was so excited to try this mask. Sadly, the mask NEVER turned on. There is a blinking light on the charger but the mask itself never once turned on. I emailed Jovs support thinking maybe it was user error and perhaps I didn't understand how to switch it on and the response was appalling. No trouble shooting information, no assistance. I would be heartbroken to spend nearly $1,000 on a mask only for it to break a few weeks later. Due to the customer service response, I am going to have to return this product. If they can't assist for a brand new product that was sent faulty, I know they won't help if the product goes out after a use or two. I also noted similar reviews when doing my research. I do hope this product is what it says it is, but the lack of customer service support makes me think they aren't trustworthy. The response from Jovs Customer service when I inquired about the mask issue was: Hi there, I am sorry to hear that but I regret to inform you that we do not provide order services sold by Amazon, Target, or other retailers. This mask is the answer to my skin care issues! I am completely over-spending so much money at the Med Spa and I am taking matters into my own hands purchasing what I need for my skincare so I can do it myself. My husband was sweet enough to gift me a different mask but it didn’t work out for me. Not only was it rigid but tightening it was impossible so I had to secure it myself. I am extremely claustrophobic and have asthma so I needed a mask that would be effective but didn’t feel suffocating. This mask design is so soft and flexible, and is so comfortable! I feel absolutely no anxiety wearing it whatsoever. It is easily adjustable and it is actually relaxing to wear. It even has a clip for the controls that I can clip onto my clothes and walk around and get stuff done around the house while I wear it. I have been receiving red light therapy for years and have noticed a marked improvement in my skin texture. I was a bit skeptical at first doing this skin therapy at home but I noticed it delivers noticeable results with even just one use. I have redness on my face that is now gone thanks to using this mask and can feel my skin tightening around my face. The mask is not only comfortable, but also user-friendly. Which is great for me learning to use it for the first time. While the upfront cost may seem high, its benefits outweigh the investment compared to frequent spa treatments which have cost me thousands. Now I finally have an effective solution for healthier-looking skin without having to pay to go to the spa. I am so over the moon happy with this mask!

1. update: it stopped working completely after a few uses. customer service is not available through amazon, they send you over to JOVS and i haven’t heard back from them in 3 weeks and have been stuck with a broken device just sitting there. 2. update: turns out their customer service was on a break, and then i missed the email that they were back. i finally got a full refund and bought a new one. hope this one doesn’t break, i really enjoy using it and the effects are sooo noticeable! original review: i didn’t love the mixed reviews, but since the price dropped from 1.3k to 850usd, and amazon has excellent return policy usually, i finally splurged. let me preface by saying i have the omnilux (the 1st version, not the newest one that just came out) and i also have the dennis gross one. so i have a fair bit of experience and ive been mostly consistent with use, and i can absolutely tell the difference between wearing it and not wearing it. this is now my favorite mask and i’ll be giving my other ones away. pros: the fit is amazing. it actually sits close to your face on all sides, while still being soft. it hugs my whole face. the omnilux is just a flat sheet, and yes it kinda works, but this one made me realize how far certain points of the omnilux mask was from my face. cant wrap a flat sheet perfectly around a 3D face no matter how tight you strap it now the main pro- it doesn’t make everything look red!!! the other masks, yes technically you can walk around and do stuff or read or look at your phone, but everything is bright red. i know it’s not bad for the eyes, but comfortable? no. this makes everything look normal, i assume because the lights are so focused (hence laser), and my vision is just like it usually is hands free omnilux is also hands free, but the dennis gross one you have to hold at all times, or lie down, and it’s bulky and hard. this one i can just clip to my pants and walk around effects immediate. i used it once at night, the next morning my skin looked so even and glowy, i skipped bb cream. i have pretty good skin already, but it looked blotchy and uneven sometimes, and this made it disappear completely. it’s kinda crazy and very exciting hasn’t stopped working my friend read the reviews and wanted to try mine, and it wouldn’t turn on. she said, oh no, the reviews were right. but i could turn it on just fine. you have to press the lower part of the round button, and hold. works fine. hope i won’t eat my words! cons: despite there being small holes around the nose, it does get pretty stuffy in there. definitely need to wipe it after each use. no problem breathing tho, just warm breath gets trapped. overall very happy, this is miles ahead of the other already very good and highly recommended masks i was using before. the price is way too high, i’ll say that. extremely cost-prohibitive for most people. but the results are nothing short of excellent

There are no uncomfortable pressure points, and it doesn’t restrict breathing at all. What I personally like most is the 4D design, which fits the face perfectly and provides full coverage. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase, and my girlfriend too. We will continue using it. I’ll be monitoring the long-term results.
