Disappointed – Received a Previously Opened and Tampered Product
I was excited to receive my order from the official Pop mart Store page, expecting a brand-new item. However, I noticed tape on the top of the box, which I initially thought was due to minor damage during shipping. Upon opening it, I discovered that the product had already been opened by a previous customer. The bag inside was unsealed, the figure had been replaced with plushies, and the card was missing. This was incredibly disappointing, as I expected a new and authentic item.
