A real boost
You can actually feel these. Very energizing- worth the price. Thorne is one if the only brands with high quality and potent products.

Stomach did not tolerate- violently ill
This made me violently ill; stomach did not tolerate it. I tried ONE capsule daily for a week. First few days was nauseous but tolerable. By day 6 I was throwing up for hours…it sidelined me for almost 2 days. I do NOT recommend if you are a person who tends to get motion sick or sea sick. Whatever part of the brain it activates to make you more alert and cognitively aware is also the part of the brain that appears to be super sensitive to nausea. I quite like Thorne’s line and I’m a big fan of some of their other supplement products. However, this particular one I cannot recommend for anyone.

Boost Your Energy and Focus
I've been using Thorne supplements for a while now, mainly because they prioritize quality ingredients and back up their formulas with solid research. Yes, they're a bit pricier than others, but I find the results worth it. Thorne's Ginseng Plus is no exception - it's been a great addition to my routine. What I've Noticed: + Energy and Focus Boost: After starting this supplement, I've felt a real lift in my energy and focus levels. It's helped me get through long workdays and stay sharp, even when things get hectic. + Adaptogenic Blend: This formula combines Korean red ginseng, Greek mountain tea, and lion's mane, which is known for its adaptogenic properties. I've felt calmer and more resilient, especially during stressful times. + Brain Benefits: The lion's mane in here has been particularly helpful for mental clarity. I've noticed a difference in my memory and focus, which is a nice bonus. + Trusted Brand: I appreciate Thorne's commitment to quality and the way they back their products with research. It's reassuring to know I'm using something reputable. A Few Things to Consider: - Cost: This supplement is more expensive than others out there. It works well, but it's definitely an investment. Who This Might Be Good For: - If you're looking for a natural way to boost focus and energy. - If stress often gets in the way of your mental clarity and you want extra support. - If you value high-quality, well-researched supplements. Who Might Want to Pass: - Anyone on a tighter budget - there are cheaper options that might work too. - Those not needing a supplement specifically for stress or cognitive support. Quick Tips: - Start with the recommended dose, and see how you feel. - A healthy diet and exercise will help you get the most from it. - As always, check with your doctor if you have any medical concerns before starting something new. Overall, Thorne Ginseng Plus has been a worthwhile investment for me. It delivers on its promise of supporting energy, focus, and stress resilience, which makes a noticeable difference in my daily routine. If you're open to spending a bit more for a quality blend, I'd say this one's worth trying.

Quality Ginseng Supplement
Im a long time buyer of Thorne products and find this to be of equal quality and potency of their other supplements. The capsules are easy to swallow. I seem to have better focus and energy after I take this. I’m sensitive so I only take 1 capsule instead of 2 and that seems to be perfect for me. I do wish they posted what the caffeine content is for this. I have autoimmune issues so I have to be careful not to ingest too much caffeine but appreciate the energy boost I get from this. I feel the current cost ($48) is higher than I’d typically spend on a product like this but I feel the price is warranted for the quality and effects. Overall, this is a great supplement and worth buying.

Good addition
This has been a good supplement to add to my daily mix. I've felt more energetic, but not significantly. No adverse effects though. Capsules are easy to swallow, standard size, with no acid reflux. There are so many supplements out there, with new "brands" springing up every day. Thorne is one of the few I actually trust and believe their products actually contain what's listed on the label and at the listed amounts. Trust is a big thing when taking supplements. Choose wisely.

Ginseng plus related supplements
First of all, as others have stated, Thorne has a stellar reputation among supplement manufacturers. They follow a science-based approach to supplementation, which sets them apart from many others who might just pump out bottles of whatever the latest, trending supplement might be. Second, it's important to note that this bottle is not just Ginseng (Panax Ginseng), but it's combined with Greek Mountain Tea extract and Lion's Mane extract. All three of these supplements are associated with helping the body adapt and perform well under certain kinds of stress. Ginseng can be used to help with many things, but this particular bottle seems targeted for improving your body's response under long-term stress. I've only been taking this supplement for a few days, but I do think I've seen benefits. I also think a 30 days supply is ideal, since it probably makes sense to cycle off for a while after about 30 days. The pills are easy to take and have no discernible odor or flavor.
