Kite - Large Easy Flyer - Arianna Mermaid (46" X 90") with 300 Ft 30lb Test Kite String and Winder

Seeing as I'm a 58 year old child, I have been wanting a kite for the last 20 years. I remember when we used to make our own. Since I am a mermaid fanatic, I found this lovely lady. she is sturdy and dependable and gorgeous when she's flying up in the air. She is easy to get in the air and she stays up even in the smallest Breeze, easy to assemble. Her first maiden voyage was that my old Elementary School play yard. you want to go back in time, seriously go fly a kite. You will giggle for the rest of the day. Enjoy

My daughter and I attempted several times (unsuccessfully) to fly a kite that I purchased from the dollar store. I kept blaming the unpredictable winds for the fact that the kite wasn't getting off the ground. Finally, after breaking that thing and fixing it too many times, I promised my daughter that we would get a good kite and make it fly. The day that I received the kite, I drove to a field, unboxed the kite, tied the string on, and had it about 80 feet up in the air in about 10 minutes. When I handed her the string and let her fly it, she was very happy. Like its name states, this kite truly is an easy flyer. It's not cheap as far as kites are concerned, but you really get what you pay for. It seems like it will hold together for many years to come.

I purchased three kites from Amazon for the trip to the (windy) Outer Banks in North Carolina. I got this kite as the basic and two other kites which were more advanced. In a nice steady breeze, this kite went right up and stayed up. For an adult with an uninterested 2 year old, it got kind of boring as there is not much to do once it's up. I tied it to our pop up shade tent and let it ride most of the day. It's pretty but if you get too high up it looses some of it's visual appeal as it can get way up there. Took me three minutes to put together and has a nice carrying sleeve to transport and store.

This kite assembles quickly (slot in one pole, connect the string), gets aloft easily, and flies beautifully. The winder is well designed and easy to use, it's a good size and shape for a kid to hold onto, and the string is strong. It's a durable material, not cheap plastic, and it feels like it'll last. In our first flight -- about 30 minutes -- it never even threatened to hit the ground, responded well with 2/3 of the line played out, and was just plain fun to fly. I've owned my share of cheap-to-moderately priced kites in my life, and this is the best of them. It's a steal at this price.

This kite fly's itself!!! She was very easy to launch and just wanted to climb, climb, and climb. My 5 year old daughter loved it. It's a simple kite design and a no brainer to assemble (one stick). Kite comes with 300ft of nylon string but you have to manually wind it around the plastic grip the string comes on. I had purchased a 300ft line on a small reel for faster release and return, but I did not use it :( I highly recommend this kite (great price to).

I purchased this kite and another Easy Fly kite for my grandkids after reading other reviews and I wasn't disappointed. It was very easy to assemble and to fly. The kids loved it and we had a few onlookers from a near by baseball game watching as well. We purchased a stronger kite string just to be sure that we wouldn't lose the kite in strong winds. All in all I was very happy with my purchase.

Kite seems to be of good quality when I flew it at Pismo Beach last week. This kite was really easy to fly also; it went up in a matter of seconds. Once the kids were tired of flying the kite, I tried to tie it my stroller and was amazed that the kite was able to balance itself in the air without human intervention.

My niece loves the little mermaid. This kite was the perfect birthday gift for her. My only complaint is that the packaging for the kite has some kind of sticky residue all over it and I had to spend a good deal of time cleaning it off before giving it to her. We took it out right away and it worked great and she loved it.

Kite is great, my daughter loves it and is very easy to fly. Quite large and can be flown 300ft high. Great product and good price

Great quality, bright and vibrant colors. Flies and looks amazing. Stitching is strong, even in high winds.
