Good for back pain
First of all its comfortable, holes let air pass through And it's quality is also good . When sitting it supports the back relieving the painIt will not cute the pain but it will help

Quality is not upto the mark
Product quality is not good at all. Earlier, we bought 3 Gel cushions from COYRASTH seller. Product quality was very good and you feel it when sit on the cushion. Now the seller is not available itseems.
