Easy to use, clear display, cuff fits most sizes of arm and gives accurate and consistent results. Also it's really useful to have results of recent tests stored on the machine for reference. A great product at a good price. Oh, it's medically approved too !

I needed to get a new monitor and before looking I looked on the British Heart Foundation site and A&D were one of the brands they recommend. The monitor is very quiet and easy to use. Not wanting to be patronising but read the instructions as they are important. As an experiment I just sat down and used it straight away. The reading was a bit high, so I did what you are supposed to do per the instructions and the reading was a lot different and in the correct area for safe readings.

It's certified for use by the NHS, which is good enough for me.

Its essential you get the cuff with the plastic pipe located directly over the brachial artery by your elbowI was getting very high erratic readings until I spoke to the BP Nurse at my GP Practice who showed me the correct way to fit the cuffNow readings are accurate each time I use the MonitorHighly Recommended and a bargain at the price
