Arriving on time, this knife exceeded my expectation. Very well made, razer sharp and with a good balance, it feels so good in the hand. I actually use it as a large steak knife and enjoy cutting with it every time. One of my best purchaces. The leather holster case is excellent too. Thank you.

Nice weight very sharp god design nice addition to my other chefs knives

Arrived on time. The handle is great. The finger notch allows me more control when boning meat or preparing a lobster for baking. It feels really well balanced and looks like it’s real quality. It goes through everything I’ve used it for so far like butter. Blade length is great too. The sheath is a sensible safety feature to as this knife is very sharp. Would defo recommend. Will make a great Christmas present too.

It's okay - you don't want to be cutting anything delicate - it's too thinck for veg, cuts carrots like an axe! Functional knife though, just okay.
