This is a capsule easy to swallow. Hubby takes one after dinner with his other Vitamins. We did research On prostate organic vitamins As he did not want to go on a prescription medication from the doctor As they have harsh side effects. , there's only two different Kinds of organic herbs at work for enlarged prostate. The other kind did not work for him. This one he's been taking for about seven years It works amazing. No side effects. No stomach ache no bad smell. It takes about six weeks for your prostate The shrink back down the normal Size. you have to take It on a regular basis. he only takes one a day And that seems to work fine it DID SOLVE HIS ENLARGED PROSTATE PROBLEM , which was causing bad frequenturination issues. At one point he was not even able to make it to the Bathroom on time. This product SOLVED THAT!! he's 57 yrs young. I do recommend this product. We've tried other brands.They did not work.

I added this to my daily supplement lineup a few months ago after doing some reading on heart health. So far, so good. I like that the softgels are easy to swallow and don’t leave any weird aftertaste. I also appreciate that it’s gluten-free and doesn’t include a bunch of unnecessary fillers.It’s hard to measure exact effects with something like this, but I’ve felt good and my latest checkup showed some small but positive changes, which I’m happy with. I’m not using it as a replacement for anything my doctor recommends—just as an extra step.Only thing I’d note is that it’s a big bottle, so be ready to make space for it. Otherwise, I’ll keep using it and see how things continue to go.

I’m waiting to get my cholesterol checked to see if this works. As far as ease of swallowing, it’s fine and minimal stomach upset. So far so good, I guess.

Normally i do not write reveiws unless its amazing products so others will try. I submitted these copies of my lab results to show proof this stuff really works😃 i read the reveiws and EVERY SINGLE ONE WAS POSITIVE. So i bought and have been taking for two months now. My score as u can see was in the danger red zone. The cholesterol was high due to genetics, i know this bcuz my eating habits are not conducive to those of an unhealthy way of eating. Now i also have bought coffee leave, cinnamon leaves and moringa leaves to boil n drink. Which i have read they are also very medicinal. My Dr. Did prescribe crestor but am on a very low dose of 5 mg. So i personally am convinced it came down as fast as it did from the plant sterols and the leaves. I have not changed my eating hanits bcuz honestly there was nothing i could change. If u r wondering if u should try this product, i urge u to try bfor getting on medicine. Im certain it will change ur high cholesterol like it did mine😉 i hope this review is helpful to u reading this. Local, insightful herb guy suggested I try this to get my cholesterol under control...no chemical statins for me. I'd tried red yeast rice and it lowered total, but not LDL. This, after 90 days, lowered total # by 30 pts, raised my HDL to "best numbers I've ever seen anyone have," lowered LDL and triglycerides to normal. My overall still considered 'high' but given excellent breakdown of all factors, Dr said I was 'perfect' and keep up what I was doing. This was my experience and certainly yours may be different, but of all the supplements I've tried over the past 40 yrs (always had "high" total) this has gotten me to my happy place! I did have CA scan because new Dr KNEW I was on verge of keeling over from clogged arteries...although I'd had other Dr's tell me to not be concerned...he was downcast when results came back ZERO blockage and ZERO likelihood of developing in next 5 years (I'm 67)🙌

They changed the ingredients of this product with no notification on the listing. It now included Titanium Dioxide Color, which is permitted by the FDA (not that that means anything) but is banned in the EU. Some studies have linked TD to DNA damage, immune system toxicity, and nervous system damage. It is used to make the product more white which is ironic since it is now in a dark green capsule rather than a clear capsule like earlier version of this product. This product is also not eligible to be returned. So I am literally throwing money in the trash. No longer buying supplements on Amazon.

* I cannot withstand a Statin drug so I am forced to take Bergamot or this product with three kinds of Plant Sterols.* Bergamot is to acidic if it is 50% pure. I had marginal success as far as the acidity problem with one with 47% concentration.* Plant Sterols with the triple concentration does not affect my stomach acidity.* I know sterols work using those three, but three capsules won't be sufficient. You'll need 5 capsules, which provides 2000 mg concentration, per meal.* Cleveland Clinic says you can conservatively reduce LDL by 10%. If you need better results, the only way to do it is to alter your diet and exercise.* I'll update this post with my new lab results in about 6 weeks.

Unfortunately these upset my stomach ...gives me gas so I'm gonna go back to what I was taking before which was cholestoff...it cost more but doesn't upset my gut.
