Edit: March 2024 I wish I knew why it doesn't work as magical as it used to but it still helps keep my emotions and anxiety more stable on normal days. Having ADD you're prone to emotional outbursts, it keeps me more normal. edit: Dec 10 2020 ordered last bottle on nov 23rd. my father and i have been both taking this for months. i have noticed it doesnt seem to be working as well on this last bottle. father has become forgetful again and my mood swings and anxiety are back up. i dont know if it's lost its potency/affect or if something changed in production recently. I have to downgrade my 5 to a 3. I will update with any changes. _______ I've had chronic stress issues all my life. diagnosed general anxiety disorder and my temper can shoot from 1- 10 real fast. I've been taking this a few months and it has calmed me down. Personally without negative side effects. It doesn't make you feel dopey either. I didn't even realize it was working until I noticed I was more relaxed in high stress situations that would've normally given me chest pains and panic attacks. I took this on the recommendation as a person with ADD that it would help me think clearer. I didn't know it helped with many of my problems I was never able to control. If you have a racing mind from ADD I recommend you try it. It's not magic and won't make it disappear but it will bring it down some mph so you can attempt to function. Only down side is, as soon as you miss a dose you're susceptible to feeling all of it again. It also isnt instant. You'll have to take it regularly with food daily for it to eventually kick in. I have been recommending it to people including my sister, will update if it's been working for her. (Don't forget to take it with food as directed, my sister didnt read directions and she said it made her feel hot.)
