Seems to do the trick
I store blueberries in these as it is much stronger and offers more protection than the flimsy plastic trays they come in from the supermarket. It seems to keep them well and they last a good few days. I have a small ozone generator in the fridge which probably helps. I also store hard boiled eggs in these (in their shells) and this protects them in the fridge against knocks and cracking. The seal is good and the little tray just keeps things elevated away from any moisture that has drained off. They are pretty sturdy and well made, like other Sistema products and get chucked in my bag to hold snacks to take to work - crisps, nuts etc as well as fruits, either whole or chopped/segmented.They go in the dishwasher and wear well even with lots of daily use. I guess the only thing I'd like to see is a choice of colours, but that's a very minor thing, as their performance is what really matters.

The Best Containers for Keeping food Fresh
These containers branded as Rubbermaid in the US. They are unparalleled fresh food containers.Berries, spinach, kale, peppers, etc stay fresh for up to two weeks if they have a 3 day best buy date when you start storing them. These containers are not cheap but they save you money in the long run.Don't wash the food before storing. Just transfer for the original packaging to the containers. Take out what you need when you are preparing a meal and wash it when preparing it to eat.Washing food before storing it seems to shorten it's shelf life a little.

Updated 2/10/20 Worth the expense it'll save you loads on fresh produce
Fantastic. Keeps fruit & veg fresh for so much longer. Was worried it was going to be another ( but more expensive) back of cupboard purchase. It's so good I will probably buy more. I'm such a fussy eater & this storage means I throw out far less than I used to as produce keeps colour & firmness so much better. I thought I'd have to wash stuff before storage but u don't & I can see the benefit of that. I just take out what I need each day & wash it. Can't praise this purchase highly enough. Wish they'd do some different sized boxes to add to collection sensibly. Some boxes too tall for some fridge shelves, a half capacity of rectangular would be good, etc. 2/10/20 update I've now bought so many more of these. They've saved me an absolute fortune in fresh fruit & am now starting to use them for salad & vegetables. They r expensive at initial outlay but you'll make the money back tenfold in saved produce. Still think a short rectangular box would be a good addition to line.

Great for some produce.
These work better for some fruit/veg/salad than others. For instance, cherries lasted much longer in fridge than usual. Some things seem to require frequent wiping out with kitchen paper because of condensation, although they were dry initially. This is a minor nuisance - these containers are very handy when it's difficult to shop for fresh produce several times a week.

Amazing storage containers
These storage containers are absolutely amazing, they keep my fruit and veg fresh for so much longer than when they are just in the fruit/veg drawer in the fridge. We have found that we get an extra 2 weeks on fruit freshness and veg as well out with the use by dates. My kids love fruit but we sometimes do purchase to much and these have helped preserve it for so much longer so we have cut down on waste too which is a bonus.

Great
These are brilliant. I am one of those people who buys vegetables with the best intentions, and then leaves them in the salad drawer until they’re too far gone to eat. Not on purpose, just some days the idea of cooking a meal from scratch is too much!I wanted to reduce my food waste, and also EAT the vegetables I’m buying. These give me extra time. The vegetables/ fruit/ salad lasts much longer in these and therefore I have longer to actually make a meal with them.I don’t know if anyone can relate to this but yeah, I’d buy these again.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Great little pots, I use these for my fruit prep. I was skeptical at first because, well, it's a pot, just a plastic pot. NO NO NO! This my friends is quite the opposite, this is an awesome pot. It keeps my blueberries lovely and fresh, I like my blueberries to have that crunch when the come out the fridge and this keeps that fresh texture. These are a must have for fresh fruit users, you'd be surprised at how poor supermarket tubs are for keeping fruit fresh. They also easy to clean as they break down into 3 parts and to test I mixed yoghurt in with my fruit et voila clean as a whistle. They also feel nice and solid almost a top quality like feel. You might as well get this pack of 2 to test out, then when you're ready experiment with some bigger sizes. I can fit a whole pack of blueberries in one pot just to give an idea of capacity.

Ok.
These are ok ,nice to look at but don't seem to keep stuff particularly any fresher than normal storage x
