My mother has onset Dementia. We live in a large, 4,000sq ft house. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of home. Because I cannot hear her when she needs me, I ordered the alert system. It works well as described. The pricing was worth every penny. I am also a Nurse and Former Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (retired). This is very similar to the devices we used and at the fraction of the cost. Open the package and it's ready to use. There is 2-sided tape in the package. I used it to attach the buttons, so that my mother would not hide them somewhere. I gave her one as a pendent to wear when I am outside or downstairs. Reception works well outside and in the home. Simple to use. All they have to do is push the red button. The alert sound is perfect. Design is simple to use and helps provide safety.

This is an updated review. I was initially frustrated after receiving a faulty unit—while one receiver worked fine, the other had to be reprogrammed daily. However, I’m happy to report that the company truly stood behind their product. They promptly sent a replacement set for testing and followed up regularly via email to check on our experience. Their dedication and follow-through were not only appreciated but are also quite rare these days. The best part? The replacement receivers have been working flawlessly. Both our residents and staff love how simple the system is to use. We're now preparing to purchase another system for our new facility.

Not complicated.

This product exactly what I needed. My mom recently had a stroke and is now staying with us and can’t get up and go to the bathroom without help… I’ve been setting my alarm at night to check on her.. last night was amazing, I slept until she needed to get up! I highly recommend this system! They send it already set up and ready to use.. the sound is loud or vibration option is loud.. easy for her to use, great product!

I chose these call buttons because of the repeat option, where the description states that if you choose the repeat option, the alarm will repeat until you clear it. Unfortunately, it only repeats once every 60 seconds. So if you don't hear it the first time, it won't repeat again until a whole minute goes by and in an emergency a minute is way too long. It needs to repeat every few seconds so that the caregiver will for sure hear asap it if they missed it the first time.

This is perfect for my elderly mother. I bought it so I could sleep at night knowing she could call for me to help her with anything during the night.👍👍👍

Works great for my elderly parents. Attached one to each walker and then have one on each side of the bed for them.

It started working fine, then after a few days it stopped working.

This is a very useful device when caring for an elderly person at home. The wireless connection between the Call buttons and pager (i.e., receiver) dropped out after a month's use. The cause is unknown at this time. All batteries checked OK. The Amazon Return date deadline had past but I contacted the vendor explaining the premature failure. A complete new system was courier'd to our home just a few days later at no cost. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !

A fabulous purchase!

Good product. It does what it is designed to do. However, the instructions are ambiguous on many points: batteries on the portable unit (hard to change and they were depleted upon arrival), changing the ring tones and alerts, etc.

Poor quality Has no response since November inquiry. Product purchase Sept. By november 3 of the pager was not functioning.
