Very easy to install. These are excellent quality. Heavy duty, solid build. They function easily. Well worth the cost

Installation was easy; however, less than a week of use and the thing is starting to fall apart. One of the handles keeps pulling off the shaft, and people are being locked in the bathroom not being able to open the door from the inside. Definitely would not buy again. EDIT/UPDATE: My original review was only one star, but after posting the above, the seller contacted me and offered a replacement, which was shipped the next day. I recently installed it and so far seems to work better, so I changed my review to 4 stars. It's only been in place for a couple of days but hopefully will last longer than the 1st time around, and their customer service was very good.

Bought these for a jack and Jill bathroom centered between a nail salon and a hair salon. Does not install like a regular door knob so be sure to read directions before you start. Installed easily once i did that. Works perfect in letting the other side know if occupied or not.

The fit of this handle worked well it’s a great price for the money. Great for commercial use. The functionality of knowing when it’s in use and when it’s open on the lock is great allowing customers to see and know when the bathroom is. The lock is sturdy and well we will soon see about how the durability of the use but overall I give it a five.

Solid metal, and feels like it would be high quality. However, the handle is very stiff and difficult to move. When you pull the handle down, it stays down and does not return to normal position (like every door handle on earth should do). So, when you want to use this handle, you pull it down to open the door, enter the room and have to close the door and pull the handle back up so that it latches the door closed. We have also had multiple customers get locked in the bathroom and they had to knock on the door and ask to be let out. Embarrassing and not cool. And, just for reference, I have been installing door handles since I was 8 years old. It is not rocket science. It should just install and work properly.

Not the easiest to install, after help from seller I was finally able to get it together, turns out it was installer error. Looks great works great!

They appear to be very well built. The indicator window is large and should help prevent any embarrassing moments. Small church with a number of little old ladies so hopefully this will assist them in knowing if the room is occupied. Hope to have them installed in a couple weeks.
