Doesn't work or put it right didn't work for my car
It didn't do anything but stall my car ,so I wouldn't recommend or purchase. Not worth the money. Made my car smell like rotten eggs. It was easy to pour into the gas tank. But a waste of energy, money and time.

Worked in combination with Cataclean to keep code clear.
So I had the P0430 code on 2005 Cadillac STS, which true dual exhaust meaning there are two catalytic converters and just the cost of those along would be well over $1000 before installation. Figured I would try Solder it as well as Cataclean together to see what happens. On almost full tank, I poured entire bottle of Solder it into the tank and drove as normal until reaching just under 1/4 tank at which point, per instructions on Cataclean, I put in bottle of that and drove per instructions before filling tank and continuing to drive as normal. For first 3 days, car kept throwing the same P0430 code and I kept clearing it out. On day 4, I drove into work and just out curiosity, I attempted to use my remote starter (this function will not work if there is a code stored in computer) and it started right up, meaning, there was no code. Usually the code would appear within minutes of clearing it if I started the car or drove it at all. So, these two products together, have at least had some improvement in clearing the P0430 code I was receiving. Long term, not sure at this point. But, I will most likely run the same two products again in a month or two and see what happens again.I will update with any new information. But as for now, I would rate this at 4 stars since it did what it was intended to do and I have definitely observed less of an odor from my exhaust.

Amazing results.
I have a 2006 Scion xB. It had the engine light, trac off light and the VSC light on. I reset the codes and they all went off, but they were back on within a day or two. I checked he codes and it was a p0420, and reset them again, and they came back on in a day or two. I also could feel some back pressure on the engine. When I let off the gas i could feel it engine braking from all of the exhaust back pressure. I bought two cans of this thinking I could give it a real good clean with two cans in a row. I added the first can in about a half a tank (around 5 gallons of gas) and drove it. It has been a week and still no lights back on. Also the back pressure is reduced noticeably. I'm still driving on the same tank of gas and will probably run the second can through it for good measure on the next tank. I don't know for sure, but I seem to be getting way better gas mileage too. This is defiantly worth buying instead of paying for a new catylitic converter.Update: after the first can of cleaner the engine light came back on as soon as I ran on a normal tank of gas. I ran the second can through it and reset the lights, but they are back on again. The car is still running better, no complaint there, but I'm disappointed that the engine light keeps coming on. Getting great gas mileage now.

Didn't Work for Me
I have a 2001 Toyota Tacoma. The engine light came on one day, and I diagnosed it with a diagnosing unit I purchased from Amazon. The code pointed to a faulty catalytic converter. I drove 200 miles to another city a few days later and discovered that the light disappeared about half way but later reappeared after my return. Previously, the light had disappeared for a few miles after using Lucas fuel additive. I decided to give this product a try after reading about the positive experiences others have had with it. After receiving it, I added it to a half tank of fuel and drove for about 60 miles. I kept waiting for the engine light t go off, but it never did and has not disappeared since then. I noticed that some used two containers to achieve positive results, but I decided not to order another one.

Works!
Worked like a charm. Check engine light came on at 40,000 miles. Said replace catalytic converter. Put a can of this in and light went away a fee miles afterward and now 5,000 miles later still no check engine light.

It actually worked....Go Figure...
This was a shot in the dark, but for $12 why not!About a month ago my CEL was popping on and off intermittently. I had a code reader already I had not one, but two P0420 codes--and one of them was permanent! I immediately thought it was my cat converter going bad, specifically because of the permanent code. I did the visual checks and nothing appeared melted or out of sort, so I began to do all the research I could.I tested the temperature and also the O2 sensors and they checked out. I began to get even more nervous that it was in fact the cat going bad. I was looking for a legit way to clean the converter without having to take it off. People had suggested lacquer thinner, but that didnt seem to work for anyone that had actually ran it through their fuel system. So, I started looking online and this was the only product that had positive reviews beyond belief to actually clean the cat system. Low and behold.....200 miles later, and no more CEL, it also cleared my permanent code! :Ohow i did it:Ran my car down to less than a 1/4 of a tank of gas.Poured 1 can of Catalytic Converter Cleaner & Deodorizer into the gas tank. (funnel recommended :) )Ran that 1 tank of gas to about 20 miles left ~.Reset CELFilled my car back up to a 1/4 tank of gas.Burned that offRefueled to fullHooked up obd2 reader once more to see if P0420 codes were existent at all...Nope, Permanent wasn't even there anymore.Fuel efficiency is actually up a few mpg. went from 25 to 27 mpg and also my car is noticeably more silent when punching the gas.I've been driving for about a week now and it has not popped back up yet. If you feel like your cat is dirty or dont want to shell out money for a new O2 or even a new cat, I would definitely say this is worth the $12.
