I've had these knives for a week now and I'm really impressed with them. I thought my previous Japanese knife set was good but these are so much better. The handles are very comfortable and the blades are extremely sharp I've tried cutting numerous things and the knives have handled everything with ease. I would definitely recommend them in fact I've already recommended them to my brother.

Easy to use and quality

I'm not an expert by any stretch of the imagination but over the years I have bought several kitchen knives ranging from £20 to £200.I bought these recently as I'm moving house and wanted a new set and I'm very impressed. This isn't a long term review so I'll update once I've used them for a year but first impressions are:1. Factory sharpness - these are probably the sharpest out of the box knives I've owned. Even my Global knives I had to put on the whetstone. These cut through paper no issue straight out of the box2. Comfort and grip - as good as anything out there. Very comfortable to hold and to use.3. Value - this will make you question why you ever spent more on well known brands.

This is a lovely sharp and good quality fish knife that I have used a few times now. I keep it in the presentation box instea dof the knife drawer to keep it from getting damaged.

This isn’t a knife to be messed with. Super sharp and slices cabbage a treat. A light knife with a box to keep it safe. Reasonable price with the discount.
