So easy to use, and helped my skin!

I finally took the time to use this machine. Getting ready to sell house lol. Anyway i used it one time after that it quit working. I would NOT recommend this product. I will replace with another brand. Next time i would test asap

This machine does a fantastic job of deep cleansing my pores. The diamond heads feel effective, and the suction power is strong enough to really make a difference without being uncomfortable. 1. love all the tools, i feel like each one is so unique and has a special purpose (it lists the purpose and benefit of using each tip) 2. the diamond spray is AMAZING. it hydrates skin so quickly and i love the mechanics of it. it goes really deep into the skin 3. the blackhead extractor (im not too sure what its called- but the glasses clear tips) don't work that well. you have to use your finger and cover and release a hole but it gets complicated and doesnt have much of an impact than the other tips 4. the machine itself is easy to use (as long as you watch the tutorial video attached to the amazon product, the insturction manual didnt do that much for me) 5. it vibrates A LOT. i literally have to keep it on my lap because it does get kind of loud and will eventually vibrate itself off my table. be mindful of that 6. my skin does look so much better after one use. i recc using this no more than 2 times a week, because it may irritate your skin. skin was overall more glowy and smooth. definitely helps the most with dryness and skin texture. 7. wish these tips were easy to clean.. or at least i wish there were instructions on how to clean them.

Plugged it in heard a beep and it never worked after that. Unbelievable. Even tried holding it in with one hand.. no way.
