This little starter kit is a good way to test the products to see if you get the results you're looking for before committing to the full-sized versions. For me, the dark spot repair is mostly what I'm interested in, but so far, I'm not seeing a noticeable improvement. I will continue as it has only been about 10 days. This one also makes my skin feel a little stung, but moisturizer applied afterwards removes the stinging sensation. I like the cellular hydration, but the smell is not great. Again, the moisturizer helps with that. My favorite is the retinol youth renewal serum that I use at night. I like the smell and I do think I'm seeing more of a glow on my skin. Overall, it really is a great little starter set and perfect size for travel.

I had used one of these before and it worked great. Looking forward to using the other two. Even though it's a small container, they last for a long time. No offensive odor and easy to apply to my face.

These are high quality, clinical grade formulas that provide a lot of impact.The retinol youth renewal serum is formulated to reduce wrinkles and other visible signs of aging. The dark spot correcting serum is formulated to help reduce the look of dark spots and uneven skin tone. The cellular hydration barrier provides deep, hydrating moisture and helps to repair the skin barrier.The products come in very small plastic bottles. They seem to be highly concentrated, as a little bit goes a long way. All 3 serums feel luxurious, and of excellent quality. The hydration barrier serum provides intense moisturizing. All 3 serums have a slight fragrance, but neither the serums nor the fragrance irritated my very sensitive skin at all.By the time you finish the 3 trial size bottles, I think you will know whether of not these formulas are effective for your particular skin issues. I already know that I'm very pleased with the effectiveness of the hydration serum and the retinol serum. Continued use will be needed to see if the dark spot corrector will help to diminish the dark spots that have appeared over the last few years.$39.99 may seem like a high price to try these 3 small trial bottles. To me, it seems like a good investment, because Murad products are expensive, and you want to make sure you're getting the right formulas to address your particular skin issues.

Such a trusted name in skin care. I remember splurging on a Murad product in my twenties. It seemed very expensive then, but it was so luxurious and provided great moisturizing. The name stuck with me. This Starter Set is a trio of products that offer a range of benefits for my aging skin. The Cellular Hydration and Dark Spot Correcting Serum are twice-daily serums, while the Retinol Serum is used once, at night. I am most interested in seeing if the dark spot correcting serum delivers what it claims, but I know that can take time. I have already started using all three, and I have seen benefits from both the Cellular Hydration and Retinal Serum. My skin looks and feels more hydrated and supple. I can see my skin tone evening out. If all goes according to plan, the dark spots should be diminishing in a couple of weeks. This same trio is going on a 2-week trip with me. I will almost surely be purchasing the larger sizes when I get home.

Murad has been around for a very long time, yet I have never had the opportunity to try their products until now. This starter kit is perfect, especially for someone like me with “mature” skin who needs help with wrinkles, dark spots and sun damage. I appreciate the value (over 1/2 off!), as well as the size - which is perfect for me as I travel a lot. I’m hopeful to receive my desired results upon further usage. After all, a company who has been around for over 30 years must deliver what they promise!

I like to use serums in summertime in place of thicker moisturizers. The small bottles have pump tops and start dispensing right after one or two pumps. I first tried the dark spot formulation before bed on a dark spot near my eye. I found it didn't absorb super fast and was still a bit sticky when I put my head on my pillow so I have switched to using it in the morning. After just a few days, it could be my imagination, but I think it has lightened the spot a little. I tried the retinol formula at night on a different night and also found it sticky, but will just use it earlier before I go to bed, since I love a bit of retinol once or twice a week. The cellular hydration formula was more like a nice cream and absorbed well. I'm putting that one in my travel bag to have a small, good quality facial product on trips. This set is a nice way to try out different Murad formulations.
