Building my herb and spices cabinet and wanted to include the coriander leaves as an added potential for adding flavor to selected dishes. Have not used them yet.

I decided to try these dehydrated coriander leaves for a bit more kick in my cooking. They definitely add a nice flavor and aroma to dishes like curries and salads. I appreciate that they are easy to use; just sprinkle them in and you're good to go. It's also nice knowing that they can be quite healthy and packed with benefits. However, I found that the texture can be slightly off in some recipes, not quite as fresh as using the real deal. Also, the flavor might not be as strong as I hoped when compared to fresh coriander. So while they are convenient, there’s a trade-off in taste and texture. Pros: - Convenient and easy to use - Adds good flavor to dishes - Healthy addition to meals Cons: - Texture can be less appealing - Flavor might not be as strong as fresh coriander.

I wasn't sure what to expect with these mustard greens, but they are actually very good. They're a nice bright green color, seem very fresh, and have a good natural taste and fragrance. They work well for adding a hint of mustard-green freshness to different dishes. This is a very small bag, however, and may not be the best value for dried greens, and certainly isn't a perfect replacement for fresh mustard greens. I'm not entirely sure of the best use cases for this, but so far I think stews and lentil-based dishes are the best option. Overall - good quality, but not a very large bag of greens.

It’s only 30 grams, or 1.05 ounces. The bag is a resealable mylar-lined pouch. The leaves have good aroma, and they look very fresh and well dried. There is no evidence of mold or mildew. They taste like good quality leaves.
