The 30 mm size was difficult to roll down. The retention white tape works. The instructions are vague but the tape goes on just under the pemis head. The tube lenght on the bag is too long even if the bag is secured below the knee. Not sure if the white connector can be pulled off and reused after cutting the hose to length. Overall the set up works great. I used it over night and all dat. The drain clip works great, no leaks and can be activated with one hand.

What a game changer! As the caregiver this was a Godsend. My husband has incontinence problems and just had open heart surgery so getting out of bed is an issue so was using the urinal laying down. The bedding was getting wet as well as the waistband and t-shirt. My dryer broke and was doing laundry every morning eventually leaving me in tears. Tried this for first time last night. Woke up dry and happy. We strapped it to the top of his shin so he could roll either way and not smoosh it between his legs. I want to note...he wore depends elastic underwear over top with the tube coming out of bottom of one leg. I think that helped keep it in place. I would assume that standing, walking, gravity and weight of urine in bag could contribute to leaking and it falling off. But for nighttime use with generals being right against body worked great. He said it was very comfortable and he didn't even know he had it on. I know they have the ones wherein the condoms are self adhesive. That was going to be an option if this failed. Also, we used the medium size (1000 ml) bag because the largest one does not have leg straps. So therefore, you need to have more bags on hand..should change every 5-7 days and rinse out daily.

I give this product no stars do to the fact it is not made for an adult male even when you unroll it the fit is to tight cause pain
