The advert clearly states: The Kärcher Microfibre Cloth Set includes two microfibre cloths which are compatible with all Kärcher Easyfix Steam Cleaners. The foot tab allows for no contact with the dirt, and attach to the floor tool using hook and eye. If there is only one pad being supplied then this should be reported as a misleading advert.

How do you attach these to the steam mop head?

They are Velcro fastening, just stick them directly onto the mop head. It's very easy, make sure the clean white side is facing the floor.
