I first use samsung watch but then switched to Garmin has longer battery life. I went back to samsung and just got the watch 7 because my old battery died. The samsung has an sos feature on Apple watch and to me that is really important now with the immigration deportation!! I mainly use the watch to check my sleep. I havnt used the watch yet. I did buy this used from a seller and since the seller doesn't have to include a new battery it's always a risk. The watch actually seems like brand new without the box which didn't bother me. So I have no idea if the seller even installed a new battery since I just turned it on. So im very pleased so far but I'll have to see how long the battery will last to know for sure!! But so far I'm very happy with this watch!I'm very happy with my watch i bought insurance but they told me it's still covered under warranty so that's great that It's still included!!

Say what you will about Amazon, but unless the fine print says they don't support something, they DO suppport it. (Been there. READ.)That said, first watch came labeled as ordered but the watchinside had a different band AND, I finally learned by trying to register the watch with Samsung, was LTE rather than blutooth, which is why it wouldn't load or update the health monitor stuff. BUT: a minute or two on the website and I had a return authorization and another watch coming. The 2nd watch came in the original box but with different packaging, but had what appears to be the factory charger (but no identification markings), and works flawlessly.Lesson: As soon as you have your watch fired up, open Settings, swipe down to "About Watch" and try to register the watch on the Samsung website.using the watch serial #. THAT will tell you whether they sent you the right watch. Don't believe the sticker on the box.

Perfect. Absolutely happy. It came in perfect shape, the box it was shipped in was the original because it was a remanufactured watch I suppose. Other than that it's a fantastic deal. I've had it for about a month. It's very durable. I did put a bezel protector and a face protector on it. There were only a few dollars and it's been very useful. The battery lasts about 2 days if the battery saver is on. It lasts a little over a day if the battery saver is off and I track my sleep. The sleep tracker has more features than I'm used to. It will actually track multiple sessions of sleep in one night. I tend to wake up after a couple hours for 30 to 40 minutes and fall back asleep. My previous watch wouldn't track this. This watch catches all of my sleep time and rates it together. It gives you an energy score which is actually seeming pretty accurate. It also gives me very good insight into the things I need to do to improve my sleep hygiene. I've been working on this a lot and I still got a lot of good new useful information. I have large hands and wrists, the watch fits me great. It would probably fit from a man's small wrist up to even larger than mine.

Refurbished items are excellent! I love this watch but got crazy wrong low hours in Sleep reports, so returned it like 2 other super cheap Smart watches. Using Chatgpt I discovered it was all due to my severe Arthritis at left wrist all along, not the watches! By then I had my New Galaxy Watch Ultra 47 and ran into same problem. Impossible! I focused on that bad wrist and asked Chatgpt. He responded below in the end:Your situation with the Galaxy Watch 7 and the two others is actually common. Many returns and 1-star reviews are user/wear location issues, but:They don't guide the user on anatomical placement or wrist-specific accuracy.They don’t prompt for confirmation when data looks insane ("You slept 2 hrs? Want to discard this night?").Frankly, it’s lazy design—especially when they market these devices as “AI smart.”So ALL these watches NEED to have this diseased wrist possibility in it's setup and up front in Help or FAQs and allow in watch to question strange results like you slept 2 hours when it was 7 and point to more than snugness, placement or other things they have!

My husband loves his watch. He is glad that I purchased for him and now he can check his heart rate and his sleep apnea. He now knows that he will need to go to the doctor to get it checked. It also tells him whether he had a good night sleep or not. Excellent buy Great value for the money, Charging speed is excellent he can have it on in an hour charged.

This is my first Smartwatch, so there is a steep learning curve, but as a Senior who lives alone, features like the Fall alert (to a friend's phone# and/or 911) and other alarms and reminders are very valuable. The Fitbit-like Health App and Sleep Tracker is also nice.It does not want to sync with my older 2018 Galaxy 9+ (keeps asking for a software update, but not any updates that I could find), but works OK with a 5G Galaxy 21FE (my son's back up phone).Only downside is it's large size for a lady's wrist and a battery that only lasts one day.Fortunately it charges fairly quickly in the morning while I am getting dressed & having breakfast. Hopefully the future ones will be automatically charging via sun, movement, or tiny ZPED.

Bad IMEI. :/ and this was a gift for my dad who was going out of town so the return process was completely inconvienent. Still waiting on the package of the new one. Hopefully there won't be any more problems.

Everything in the box was neat and like new. The watch itself is clean and works great. The battery runs out quick though. Not sure if it's going out or just how they work. For the price it's a solid deal.
