This lock works well! I love the multiple unlocking options - key fob, app, password, and especially the fingerprint since it's sooooo convinient! I don't need to worry about keys anymore. The lock is sturdy and well-built, providing excellent security. Installation was quick and simple with just a screwdriver. The app control is seamless, allowing me to manage access effortlessly. I especially love that the compact knob design fits perfectly in the narrow space between my main door and storm door, which was a concern with other locks.

The media could not be loaded. I like this door knob and keypad with several options to gain entrance. The fact that it locks automatically is a huge. benefit. I was a little unsure about downloading the app from a company I had not heard of before, but the app works fine. Our finger prints do not read 100% of the time, and that's why I gave it 4 stars. When the finger print reader does work properly (we just try a couple times if it does not work the first time) or if we use the included key fob or a key code to gain entry, the green light illuminates and it beeps and unlocks immediately. I feel extra safe knowing that it locks immediately when we close the door. I wonder if we could get this re-keyed to fit our original house keys. Installation was easy and I was quite proud of myself for doing installing it on my own. It has been a challenge to find a deadbolt lock that looks nice with this so I may relocate it to a different exterior door. I love the quality - the door knob seems heavy duty, not cheap or flimsy, but is not difficult to turn. Great value and happy with my purchase!

I've been really happy with this smart door lock. We used to have a traditional lock, The three unlocking methods it has—fingerprint, passcode, and physical key makes unlock the door so easy and smooth. The quality of this lock also looks good, and the installation is easy. Overall we are very satisfied with this purchase, and will recommend this to everyone.

So many ways to open the lock which is great. Easy to install and seems sturdy. More fobs can be ordered and the fob price is good. The instructions could be better. To add more people to the lock they need to have their own account first which the instructions aren’t good about telling you. I also didn’t see that a gateway is needed to add it to the internet. I wish there was a red and green light on the inside to let me know if it’s locked or not since there is no way of knowing when I walk by. And I can’t open the door to check since it unlocks it automatically. I’m use to seeing a button that is in or out. I do like that I don’t Ave to unlock it before opening the door though. Over all I really like it.
