Got this for our master bathroom for "baby" wipe disposal and anything else we'd rather not put in the regular, open-top trash. It's worked out great. Virtually no odor and I intentionally waited till it was very full (over a week) just to see how it held up scent-wise. No complaints. I was impressed that I could just take it out of the box and it was ready to use. That made it so easy to get started. I did have a little trouble removing the first used bag. I tried to read the instructions on the inside of the door but I didn't have reading glasses handy so I couldn't see them clearly. That's my issue but I knew generally what I needed to do but couldn't figure out where the "cutter" was. Right after I used a scissor that I keep in the bathroom to cut the bag and tie it for disposal I noticed the cutter. Again, that's just me, if I'd looked at the instructions (and could see them better) I'd have known. I'm not great at tying balloons so tying off the next bag was a bit tricky the first time but I'm sure I'll get used to it. Most people probably have no problem with it. When I removed the used bag I gave the pail a good sniff and there was no lingering odor. Hopefully that is the case over the longterm. I want to get another one of these Deko pails or maybe one that's specifically for cats for disposing of cat litter "deposits". We have a big Maine Coon and he makes good use of his box! Throwing what I scoop out in a Walmart bag then twisting it closed and throwing in the kitchen trash is not a good thing and now that I see how well this small pail works in the bathroom, I have high hopes of using one for Floki (our cat). We got the Dekor Mini Hands-free Pail. I think it's nice-looking, unobtrusive, and just the right size. We don't use the lock for the disposal area since we don't have any kids around, and Floki hasn't figured out how to hold the lid up to get to what's inside yet! For us this was a good purchase. I ordered the small decor diaper can because it fits best in my bathroom. It’s attractive and seals in odors. It can also be used for wet garbage or for any smelly waste. There are three sizes to fit anywhere. Open the back door to pull down the liner. Remove it using the child safe cutter on the door. Pull down a new section of liner, then tie a knot at the bottom. Shut the door and you are ready for the next deposit. Don’t forget to buy a box of liners.

It's great! I had first the dekor plus (which is alot bigger then this mini) in the restroom but my husband always complained how big and annoying it was inside the bathroom so I decided to buy this mini version and see how it worked out. It's much smaller (which is great, just what I wanted) my toddlers stand next to it and it's at their hip. About the little lock don't think it'll do much if you have smart little toddlers because my youngest (2 years) opens and closes it like nothing, so that's not very important for us. For me it was if it held up 6 diapers size 6 and guess what? It surely does! Alot of people here commenting on how small it is and how they don't think it'll hold bigger then size 1 diapers, well I can assure you it surely does, both my toddlers are potty day trained and only use night time diapers size 6 both and those diapers I was able to put into this pail without any issues, it hold 6 super full, size 6 (12 hrs use) [I only put the urine only overnight diapers]. I also put a couple of used toilet papers in it as well (we have a bidet so barely use 🧻 toilet paper). As for the smell it didn't smell at all when it's closed as it comes (it also came ready to use out of the box, with it's bag already set inside🙂), the smell only escaped when the little lid was opened to place the diapers in or anything else you needed to throw away. I have uploaded a picture of a bag full in 3 days (remember my toddlers only use the diapers at night). As for the dekor plus, I had stopped using the bags that are sold for this type of diaper pail and just would buy the super thing cheap Walmart 8 gallon bags and those fit nicely but definitely wouldn't recommend them for dirty diaper use because the smell will for sure escape into the room it's in, so for dirty diapers I would highly recommend to bag the bags that are suggested for this diaper pail (or buy the generic version) but if you want to use the diaper pail as just a trash can then you can buy the regular store trash 8 gallon bags since it won't stink as much as dirty diaper (also depends on what type of trash you place in it of course). I ended up placing my dekor plus in my kitchen and it didn't stink at all but I also don't put things that I know will smell in the long run. To end I highly recommend this mini pail for bathroom use. Blessings

It looks and works great and is well constructed, but is too small for larger diapers. Top opening slot is 3 1/4 X 2/4inches. Would be perfect for newborn size diapers. I am ordering a larger size pail and using this one in a bathroom for wet wipes.

Fantastic product! I had this on my list for a while. Other moms I know swear by it. Now I know why. We keep in this the baby room and it does a great job of containing the smell. It's also super easy to open with the foot step so you can have diaper in one hand, baby in the other. We got the smaller size which is fine for us as we don't mind changing the bag every few days.

Excelente compra, vale cada peso. Viene con un repuesto de bolsas. El tamaño parece pequeño pero está excelente porque le caben varios pañales igual es algo que sacas a la basura rápido entonces está perfecto, no le salen los olores solo en lo que lo abres para echar el nuevo pañal y listo, tu habitación no apestará a pañal sucio.

Buena calidad y funcionalidad

Amo este bote de pañales, lo prefiero al Diaper Genie (que parece más grande y le cabe lo mismo). Los repuestos son económicos y hay de varias marcas. Tiene un pedal para el pie y una puerta automática que se abre sola con el peso del pañal. No es necesario tocar el bote con la mano. El cambio de bolsa es más fácil que en el Diaper Genie. Sella perfectamente los olores. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
