Sisters Roaster cook offs
Love My 8 quart Roaster! My Christmas to me! All Foods are roasted tender & Juicy including to my surprise-golden brown the meats!….just the perfect size for everyday anything! ..I shared my “Roaster Love” with my sister in California, and then sent her the same 8 quart Roaster, same color grey. Now we have sister weekly Roaster Cook offs, and sharing “Roaster Recipes”! So fun!

small but mighty
Christmas this year was a small gathering & I used this roaster to make the 5 lb prime rib. It turned out delicious & I see many more uses for this roaster. I used a wireless thermometer, the roast had been removed from the fridge 90 min prior & I did not lift the lid until it registered the med rare temp. It took about 65 min. It was also a breeze to clean. I highly recommend this small but mighty roaster.

I use this almost everyday I need to cook a stew in it or ham and beans or I put a chicken in there to roast it it's the best thing I've ever had in the barbecue ribs they turn out so good and tender best thing I ever bought

Not 8 quarts.
It’s a nice roaster, but it’s the same size as my 6 quart roaster. It won’t hold 2 gallons of green beans without the liquid.

Love the 8 QT size!
I have had a 16 QT roaster for years and it’s great for large gatherings. But I needed something smaller for anyday use, and this is perfect. Easily roasts a 6 lb. chicken. I’ve see it twice in the week I’ve had it, and it is spot on for cooking. Used one of the recipes that came with it, and cooking time was right on target. Cleaning wasn’t too bad, but I use Dawn Powerwash. When I make my chicken & dressing for Thanksgiving, I’ll use a roaster liner. The only disconcerting thing is, the light goes off when it reaches temperature. At first, I thought it had just shut down, but no, it was still cooking.
