Best Windows laptop (but no RAM upgrade)
This year, it was time to replace my 10-years old laptop. I purchased FOUR laptops, until I found this one! Many - like HP Envy claimed 'AI' but turns out they are slow and not AI prepared (the integrated Intel GPU is a joke). One was good in specs but poor build quality, the MB burned the HDD. I only needed one laptop! Finally, I knew what I need, for everyday tasks like browsing, for video editing and running local AI models: a strong CPU, an Nvidia RTX 40* or higher and a good build. I also needed touch screen, because I'm used to it. This one has it all but also, it's light, elegant and well built. It came in a non-original box, which saved me $1000 but is brand new, maybe open box. The AMD CPU is so much better than the Intel i9 13900 I had! This one is quiet and faster. GPU is RTX 4060. I wish it was 4070 but the world is not perfect. For this model, every YT reviewer repeats like a mantra: 'MacBook killer'. I never had a MacBook, but I finally have my Windows/Linux laptop, for the next few years! There is a spare NVME slot, but memory is NOT upgradeable! You are stuck to the 32 GB soldered, which means in a year or two I'll be back on the market for a laptop.

Impressive
Very clean. Looks new. Hot on the lap.

Bad Keyboard Design
Whose idea was it to cram the navigation keys like PgUp and PgDn onto the arrow keys?! On a 16" model, no less! Dreadful for anything from word processing to code editing. And to click on the touchpad, you have to move your hand way off the keyboard. For what is supposed to be a premium laptop, this is disappointing.
