These remind me of a cheese puff based on the shape and initial texture when popping one into my mouth. I don't think gummy worms (non freeze dried) normally stick in my teeth like this, which I'm not a fan of - it's like chewing on a sucker or hard candy with the stuff getting caught in my teeth. On the plus side, though, that means the taste lingers. Craving sour gummy worms? Eat one of these but get the flavor experience from eating a whole bag of the normal kind. I think they seem less sour, too, but it's hard to say for certain when I don't know what these ones tasted like before freeze drying. Would be cool for the company to include a couple of regular ones for comparison. A single worm is very filling like this - not so when they're gummy.Overall, it's an interesting experience to eat these. It's been a while since I saw science classes freeze something like a banana with liquid nitrogen, but eating these crunchy gummy worms makes me wonder if the banana behaved similarly... I guess I thought it would warm up and go back to normal. Guess not. Now I need to find a video on how these are made to sate my curiosity.Oh, and the bag is resealable!

The listing says made with real watermelon juice, but the ingredient list says artificial watermelon flavor. It does taste really good and crunchy though with a sweet and crunchy flavor. It sticks to the teeth, but it is very addicting. I almost ate the whole bag in one sitting!

This is the first candy I've tried freeze dried so I didn't know what to expect. I love sour gummy worms so I was sure I'll like this. I was a little disappointed tonfind out that somehow the freeze dried process makes them overly sweet and takes away almost all the sour out of them.If you love overly sweet snacks then you'll like the. But at least for me they're a little bit too much.What I did like was the texture, they're very crispy and crunchy which is very different from their normal form but it's normal for freeze dried stuff. It was fun eating it because it's like a puff and almost disappears in your mouth. After finish chewing it, it sticks to my teeth which is the same as without them being freeze dried.I liked that they're weren't that much broken pieces so that was good. And even so the broken ones where like half's so it was fine.Overall I would've loved them if they atleast had some of that sour taste but they lost it all and gained even more sweetness.

These come in a decent sized resealable bag. The taste is sweet and watermelony as expected. An interesting crispy texture. A fun variant of an otherwise delicious candy.

Did not send the watermelon ones. I order a bunch stuff one of each to try them and the sent me 2 peach rings instead of a watermelon one. That aside, not a fan of the way it sticks to my molars and it almost seems sweeter freeze dried.
