Absolutely love them
I love these so much I have them on subscription. I find them really helpful and I feel so less bloated than I used to feel before taking them. My only gripe is they don’t last the full month so I have to buy the odd packet to ensure I have enough to take them daily but that’s not an issue. I’m really glad I found these and they don’t cost the earth either 👌

After seeing good results with the 5 billion CFU version, I decided to upgrade to Bificin Forte for extra strength with 20 billion CFU. Excellent product that works!
I first bought the 5 billion CFU Bificin and was very impressed with the effect it had on me while dealing with my unpleasant symptoms.
