I was initially suspicious about whether this machine would live up to the hype, but I am pleasantly surprised. It is well-made, well-engineered, and very straightforward to use. Assembly took less than 10 minutes, and while getting the hang of the technique took a moment during the first use, the process was smooth. We spent about 2–3 hours doing a detailed clean of our living room and hallway, and the difference was visible immediately. It managed to pull out a shocking amount of dirt from carpets that had only seen six months of traffic. Honestly, the results felt better than when we previously paid for professional cleaning in the exact same areas. A massive bonus is the drying time; the machine leaves the carpets almost dry, and they were fully dry within just 1–2 hours. The only minor downside is that the included cleaning fluids—especially the Deep Clean formula—don't last very long, so you will need to buy refills quickly. We stuck with the recommended brand because the scent is lovely. In terms of value, this unit will pay for itself after just two uses compared to hiring a service. Plus, the entire machine is easy to disassemble and clean after the job is done. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting high-standard carpets done by themselves.

After having this for a few months I feel I can effectively review it. I think that this carpet cleaner is easy to use and easy to clean out afterwards. Sections come apart easy and I love the way you can clean the hose out with the machine so it doesn't end up going brown and smelly. I think the formula works well but is expensive as the machine will use it up quickly. Especially if you are doing a whole house or large rooms. The range of attachments are great and the hose suction is fantastic to really pull out dirt. The issue I found was with the stain striker and stairs. It works great on stains as the name implies but to use this on stairs isn't great as it uses the stain striker solution. If you want to clean stairs with normal cleaner, I think the spray isn't enough to do a good job. I found a solution to this taht works well utilising the good suction and attachments though, and this was to make up some carpet cleaner in a bucket and use a brush to work it in doing one stair at a time and sucking up the excess and dirt from the carpet. They came up really nice. In a house with dogs and light(ish) carpets, this keeps things looking good especially in wet weather. Hope this review helps

Love this carpet cleaner! Super convenient, the stain striker attachments are brilliant. Carpets arr dry fast. The solution is expensive but cleans really well and smells amazing. Comes apart to clean. It's difficult to get hair out ofbthe tank but manageable. Very happy with it overall

Cleans carpets really well and leaves them almost dry. The cleaning solution included is in very small bottles so doesn’t go far and is fairly expensive to buy but well worth it. Easy to use and has attachments for stairs etc. very happy with product.

Had this for a few months now and can say its incredible. I literally did not think some stains would come out of the carpet and bought just to see if it could make the carpet a little better and I was very surprised when it cleared everything up even an old oil stain that was there for nearly 3 years. The unit has everything you need and find the cleaning solution is cheep in the right shop. My sister has now got the same one after seeing how good my one did the carpets. Only down side is the waste, it fill up fast but good quick release to empty however the hair catcher is difficult to get the hair out unless you use a knife or tooth pick. Apart from that though its definitely worth the price when on discount.

If you think your carpet is clean, wait till you see the dirty tank, great tool, just be careful it is much louder than your average vacuum cleaner

We love this. It came quickly, well packaged with clear instructions. It's done a great job on our lounge carpet where we had several spills from different sources! The wand is superb too. Good value for money.

Very happy with my purchase. Got delivered the next day (Prime), in perfect condition. All parts accounted for. Relatively easy to assemble and once you go through the instruction manual once or twice, very easy to use and figure out how to assemble/disassemble and clean the parts after use. I do recommend thoroughly cleaning all the necessary parts after using. It collects so much dirt and hair (both ours and our cat's), that you don't want to leave it without a good clean before putting it away. You'll mostly go through the purple cleaning solution for the Deep Clean option. The bottle you get included, covered the living room carpet, the bedroom and the landing upstairs. Will have to order a refill to finish the rest of the house (the stairs, spare bedroom and office). Gotta admit, I went over the same areas a couple of times, as these carpets have not been properly cleaned in years (only really vacuumed and spot cleaned when needed). The dirty water tank does fill up pretty quickly, as it can only go up to a certain level before the carpet cleaner lets you know the tank is full, and it won't allow you to keep cleaning. A definite bonus. It collects a lot of hair. Definitely does the job. It leaves everything looking and smelling fresh. The living room carpet was a bit damp for an hour or so. It dried up fully relatively quickly. Having your windows open for ventilation definitely helps. All in all, after only using it once, I'm very happy with it. Will definitely order a refill solution, and make it a regular part of my cleaning schedule.
