As a mom with two little ones, I love this keeps our home pest-free without using chemicals or traps. I don’t have to worry about sprays, poisons, or sticky traps where the kids might touch them. I just plugged it in next to the door and it’s been doing its job quietly ever since. Such an easy, safe, and stress-free way to keep unwanted guests out of the house! (Unfortunately not proven to work on the human species…)

I made a purchase of a total of 9 of these in 2 separate orders. You only have a 30 day return window. 4 of them stopped working (no green light) after 4 months. Company did refund me for 3 units and asked if I would give them another chance. Unfortunately another 2 units stop working today January 12, 2026 no green light. The company needs to let you know that these units only work for 6 months. If you look up product support you will see it only lasts for 6 months and their return window is only 30 days. I would not recommend buying this product. It doesn't work for very long.

Initially when plugged in the green light came on. Fingers crossed any mice in the house decided to take a hike. I have not seen any mice or residue since. However, When the power goes off, I need to go around and re power up the units. Also two of the units I bought do not work any longer. Very short useage

I ordered several of these for different areas around the house and garage. They seemed to work at first to deter rodents, however after a short period of time the light went out on most of them and they were no longer functioning.

I have had this plugged in since I received it. It has definitely decreased the mouse activity in my home. I have had no pests. Some customers with larger homes may want to purchase more than one however as it cannot penetrate walls or furniture. That is the only reason I took one star away.

Does it work? Maybe, Does it work for long? It has been my experience not for long. I purchased 10+ within the last three months and about half have stopped working (no power light). So the power light doesn't work we no that for sure. Does it repel rodents? I'm going to say, no. At first maybe, BUT after a few weeks my mouse traps tell a different story. Bugs? Maybe it works better on things other than flies. In the end all we really pay for is the hope that it works. Right? That's why the few that the power lights are on are still pulled in AND the ones without power lights are still pulled in in the hopes that maybe they'll work again. :(
