It's slim, sticks to my MagSafe phone case well, and I can slip my phone into my pocket with it attached. It does get a tiny bit warm sometimes, but never hot. It is not a fast charger for an iPhone, so consider it a supplementary battery that must stay attached to double battery life, or can be pulled out of a backpack to rescue you when the battery gets low. It is not a fast charger like a 15W Qi charger stand. If you have ever experienced running out of battery on a plane or out on a busy day, get one of these, charge it, keep it handy, and you won't have to worry. It's small and light enough to carry as a just-in-case solution.

I've had this MagSafe powerbank for over 3 months now and glad I bought it. It's been very handy while running around on the job; alleviated the concern my phone would die and eliminated tedious plug/unplugging. There are two caveats for me: • As well stated, the device does get very warm while charging another device. • I would have liked a built in kickstand, but not that's minor, not make-or-break My next point is going to go against the crowd and inform on something it sure seems most people are not educated on: Fast Charge = Short Battery Life. ***FACT NOT OPINION*** I don't work in battery manufacturing, but I know someone who does and I have done the research. This is true of ANY rechargeable battery PERIOD. What you do with this information is your choice, but I will always choose to buy SLOW / ECONOMIC chargers because I want my devices to have a long life. The Tortoise and The Hare. Therefore this charger being slow is a POSITIVE attribute to me. Glass 1/2-full: It'll double as a hand warmer in winter.

Not the longest battery life but always great for when I’m on the go and need extra juice when I cant plug in anywhere. The magsafe makes it very convenient.

This Battery is awesome! Love how slim it is and convenient it is to carry around. Their customer service is even better! Battery stopped working after hard constant use and they sent a replacement!! Love this company! I bought one for my wife too!

I bought about 5 of these over the last few months. They fit well, are compact, but have two issues. 1. Two out of 5 stopped working completely. 2. It’s advertised as a “fast 20w charger” but the iPhone designates it as a slow charger while charging.

The magnet isn’t great. It really only gets like one charge and it takes a while to charge it slim but I think it’s too expensive.

(Updated review) First, I would like to thank Bonnie, she provided the best customer support I have ever dealt with. When I originally purchased this product, it had issues that made it not practical to use for me, and a few days later I received an email from Bonnie. She offered to send me a replacement product, she was very kind, both an offering the product and general communication. She gave me an option to refund the product, send me a new design with improvements, or send me a different product that would better fit my needs. I chose receive a different product, and she extremely kindly sent it to me at no extra cost. LISEN has the best customer support team I’ve ever talked to, Bonnie specifically.

The goods - 1. It’s really slim 2. Gets almost a full charge for my iPhone 16 Pro The bads - 1. Get super hot while charging - to a level it is not comfortable using the phone (I’m using the original apple silicon case). 2. Charge is very slow. 3. Not using the actual MagSafe protocol (the battery status of the power bank is not shared with the iPhone) Bottom line - I can’t recommend this, and most likely would choose not to buy it if I could go back in time and make this decision again. There are much better alternatives in better prices that actually use the MagSafe protocol and charge faster. Edit: LISEN's customer service reached out after seeing my review. They explained the root of the issue clearly and went above and beyond with their response, offering multiple forms of compensation.
