THEMAGIC5 Goggles are fantastic.The custom fitting of the goggle does make all the difference in the pool and open water. No more headaches, no more marks around my eyes. I also like the sleek design and the strong peripheral view which is helpful in triathlon open water swimming with many people and sighting for far away buoys.I would note that the package you receive from amazon does not contain the actual goggles (at first i was surprised, but when thinking of it, how could there be a custom made pair of goggles in there lol??).. instead you get a QR code which takes you to the facial scan process and a few days later I had the goggles in hand. Super easy and done quickly.All in all very seamless process for a product thats 10x performance of most standard goggles. Will def purchase again!

They look like a good product, if you can actually get them. There are so many glitches in the ordering process. I bought the $90.00 glasses which are custom fitted. First you take photos of your face with their app, and then they custom make them to your face. Great idea. That's why I ordered them. But they sent me the less expensive not customized ones which cost on $14.95. Lots of people posted similar reviews. I called Amazon and they also could not figure out from the webpage how to order the custom fit goggles. At first, Amazon rejected my review saying that the ordering process is not relevant to other customers because it is about delivery. But so many other people have noticed this product, see other reviews. This is an important thing for potential customers.

I was a bit skeptical about these goggles at first, but it turned out to be a great investment. The process was quick, easy and straight-forward. The fit is truly personalized, and I immediately noticed the difference compared to my old ones. No leaks, no discomfort. Invest in yourself and get these.

I was fascinated by this product - I’ve always had trouble with swim goggles not sealing properly because I have a narrow nose bridge. I thought this might be the answer to that problem and I believe it is. The first step after ordering the goggles was to wait for the paperwork. This took about 5 days to receive in the mail. Once I received that - I scanned the UPC code to access the site where I would have my face scanned. The customization process was a little fussy - you need to be in the right lighting - not directly overhead - while the app scans your face. It took me about 4 tries to do the scan and for the app to move to the next page in the process where you order your goggle style and put in your code - also on the paperwork - showing that you paid for the goggles. Once I submitted the scan and code, I waited for the goggles. There were a lot of emails sent while I waited. First there was an email verifying receipt of the scan, then an email saying the scan was usable so the order could proceed to the next step. After that, I received several emails breaking down the care of the goggles into bite sized emails. I wasn’t sure if I should be annoyed with all the emails but instead I decided to appreciate the emails as they kept me learning about the product while they worked on it. It felt like I was getting more for my money in a way - with all the informational emails. I appreciated that when I finally received the goggles, I already knew quite a bit about my product so I didn’t have to read a bunch of instructions for care and use before trying them out. The lenses are strange but very well made and effective. The seals around the lenses are a bit of a different matter. The seals were kind of wonky - cut and smoothed in a slightly unfinished appearance. They seal well but they don’t look well finished. They kind of feel like they’re pushing my eyes out of the socket. Maybe they’re supposed to feel like that but it’s not comfortable for me. Also, for the price, the other components are not the nicest quality or finish that I would expect from a product at this price point. The plastic temple stems, nose pieces (nice that they have 4 additional nose piece sizes), strap and strap buckles seem very cheap compared to lesser priced goggles I’ve used. The case it comes in is sturdy and contains the other nose pieces in the foam lining the bottom half of the case. It is a hardshell case with a quality plastic zipper to close it. Overall, I think the idea is great! The goggles work well and seal but the materials and finish are underwhelming.

I purchased from here so i can get them quickly as a prime customer. Amazon sends me a pieceOf paper with a code to order from company website! Now I have to wait an additional week to get my goggles! Just order Direct from the company!My previous pair though is great BUT did leak after a few months which is not ideal.

This is the product that you buy at Amazon and then you need to make a measurements via the app to get your personalized goggles.They mark the item as delivered but don't send it to you. The support of themagic5 also do not answering. Just do not go with them.
