It doesn’t come assembled (huge sigh) ok besides that we really like the grill. Every grill takes some getting used to.

Unfortunately a part arrived damaged. However, when i contacted the manufacturer, communication to resolve the issue was excellent and they promptly sent a replacement part! Thanks Cindy! Otherwise the grill was easy to put together & has worked well so far! Perfect size for my balcony!

Great grill. Works perfect. I replaced my charcoal grill for this new grill, starts right away, I like I can see the temperature of the grill. No too much smoke. I had an issue with one of the parts and they have good customer support, they sent me the part a few days later

First of all, I tried to cancel this BEFORE it was ever shipped, and got a note that they were trying to cancel it, and a few days later it was shipped anyway. Very hard and time consuming to put together. also there is a big dent in the front of the hood, not damaged in shipment because the box was in perfect condition. We are still trying to put this thing together. I am really disappointed, as it was exactly what we were looking for. I don't know how good it will work, and may never know at this rate.

The good news is that all the parts were in the package and the unit went together relatively smoothly. Packing was good and there were no damaged parts. Graphic assembly instructions were accurate and all parts were numbered. The unit was tested and so far it functions well. The bad news is that all the Amazon pictures of the unit shows stainless steel shelves and a stainless side burner assembly. They are in fact just black painted carbon steel. If I would have known that I would have bought a grill on sale at Home Depot for $30 more that had SS side shelves and more internal stainless parts or a less expensive grill from Amazon that was accurately depicted. The gas regulator is stamped steel, not adjustable and pretty cheap so I will probably replace it at some point. The ignitor did not fit well in the side burner, so I had to drill out the hole it sits in. There was a stack up tolerance issue with the side burner shelf so I had to hog out the holes to get it into alignment. Drip pan was painted gray carbon steel and was fabricated by folding the sides. The issue is there may eventually be leakage as they used clear caulk to close the open seams on the folds. Overall the unit is nothing special, but at this point I am not going to send it back. If I had to do it over, I would have just gotten a fully assembled grill from one of the big box stores with higher quality and more SS parts or a less expensive grill from Amazon. Three stars for an average quality grill that I hope lasts three years.
