I've been using these magnesium patches for over a week now and the results have been fantastic! I take 2 trazadone to sleep at night but occasionally still wake up, this patch along with the collagen patch helps me stay a sleep better most nights

These really work. I buy them routinely. Sometimes my issues are worse and I'll use 2 patches, but 1 usually does the trick. The patches are not extra sticky. I like that, too.

I got these to replace some other magnesium patches I was using, but these aren’t really that great. They’re so thin and flimsy they get stuck while you’re trying to put them on in weird ways cause they don’t lay flat and they also the glue adhesive gave me a sort of skin reaction rash that kinda won’t go away.

Not sticky enough

This product is a soft, flexible, plastic patch about 1 ½ inches by 1 ½ inches. I thought it would be larger, but it fit nicely on my shoulder under my sleeve. So it can be worn discretely either at night or in the day. The instructions say to wear it for eight hours. They don’t specify which part of the day, so I tried it for both. I didn’t like that it was a little stickier than some patches I’ve tried, and a little uncomfortable. But this is the first magnesium-style that I’ve purchased. It stayed on fairly well, and I got used to the feel of it after some time. For the day use, I thought I received a bit more energy and alertness while wearing it. After a night of sleep for the other eight hours, I felt more refreshed and energized. Also, it seemed as though I wasn’t quite as achy afterwards. I would recommend trying it, and I’m going to use it more often.
