Very difficult to use. Cannot erase the recordings on the device itself. Not worth the trouble and customer service is not very helpful understand how to explain the situation. Tells me to connect to my phone to erase but no way to do that either

It's a bit difficult to work using the headphones but easier to use when you download to a computer. Sound quality is great.
