Leukotape K by Actimove Sports Edition Kinesiology Tape for Muscle Support and Pain Relief, 5cm x 5m, Blue, 1 Roll

It's k.t tape, not really a lot to say if you already know what k.t tape is. It is a medium tension tape, not pulling you into shape but reminding you subtly to return you joints to where they should be when you feel like changing your posture due to injury or pain. It suits me well as I'm trying to nurse a torn rotator cuff. I'll buy again if necessary. I don't have particular allergies or sensitive skin and when it came off after 9 days it didn't leave a mark so it seems to be reasonably skin safe for most folk.

Very good. Helped me with shoulder sport trauma. Removed pain instantly afer applied. Surviving a week application, three training sessions a week.

Purchased for my son who says works great when strapping up his thigh/groin for football. Only downside is he says it slightly rips hairs when removing but not enough to put him off. Will look for a different product next time to avoid this.

Good tape, does what it needs too, good price for amount of tape

This was thinner than expected, difficult to apply but once on stuck ok - but not really effective.

I use this for CPAP mouth taping. Works well, stays on all night and not too traumatic to pull off in the morning.

Good adhesion to skin

I have to use 12/24 hour pain patches, and I really struggle to get them to stay in place, so I decided to give this a try. Has some nice stretch to it, and is easy to apply. Was really impressed it stayed in place over 25 hours and then I needed to remove it to change patches. My only slight complaint is just be cautious if you are using it on more delicate areas. When removing it from my shoulder, the tape that was close to my collarbone it pulled on a good bit and caused a bit of irritation. But other than that, this has really impressed me with it's staying power and it was comfortable to wear long term.
