Guilt-Free Flavor with a Sharp, Sweet Twist
I tried the Skinnygirl Sugar-Free, Gluten-Free Poppyseed Salad Dressing and thought it was a light, convenient option when I wanted flavor without a lot of calories. The dressing has a tangy vinegar and lemon bite with a mild poppyseed and onion flavor, so it tastes more sharp and sweetener-forward than a rich, creamy poppyseed dressing. The texture is thin and pourable, which makes it easy to coat big salads without using much, but it won’t give you that thick, creamy feel you might expect from traditional poppyseed dressings. I liked that it’s fat-free, sugar-free, and gluten-free with about 10 calories in 2 tablespoons, which makes it easy to use on large salads without worrying about calories. However, you can taste the artificial sweetness and the mix of thickeners and additives, so if you’re sensitive to sucralose or maltodextrin or prefer very natural ingredients, this may not be your favorite. Overall, it’s a handy, guilt-free dressing I’d use when I want something very low-calorie and flavorful, but not when I’m craving a more natural, creamy, or indulgent poppyseed dressing.

Great low cal dressing
I honestly love all of skinny girl salad dressings. I have tried most flavors and this one is no different. My only gripe is that they only come in such a small bottle, but i do like the taste and also the calorie amount. Caesar is my favorite, but all the other flavors are pretty good too. It doesn't taste like some weird funky dressing either.

Delicious
I usually wouldn't buy anything on Amazon that didn't have at least a 4.5 star rating but the Skinny Girl poppyseed dressing was specifically mentioned in a recipe that I found online so I ordered a bottle. It's delicious! My husband is a diabetic so I'm always on the look out for a food item with low carbs that we both like. This was so good that I went back to order another bottle plus 4 other flavors. It has a thin consistency but it packs a lot of flavor.

Good attempt but runny and too tangy. Best low calorie ranch that’s so far tho
Good attempt for low calorie, but too tangy and runny. It’s extremely challenging to make a low calorie ranch that’s buttery(anti low calorie lol) and milky smooth like normal ranch so I’ll give 4 stars for one of the best options. Some people expect technology to be advanced 800000years where we have perfect ranch that’s 1 calorie per bucket but I think everyone needs to be more lenient when rating low calorie options. Of course give criticism though so it can improve and those would be~ runny texture and tangy lemony like kick that’s overwhelming. It kinda feels like since the fat from buttermilk isn’t there, the kick from the dill or w/e is giving too much tang like tzatziki. Actually yea reminds me of store bought tzatziki instead of ranch so this might be a 10/10 with falafel lol.

Love it!
To be honest. I see a few complaints about the thinness of the dressing. I actually like my dressing this thin. To me it’s the perfect thickness. But that’s my preference. Overall, fantastic dressing. I just ordered the chipotle ranch one so hopefully that is good too.

Decent Flavor but Falls Short
This dressing is light and low in calories, which is great for those watching their diet. However, the taste and texture didn’t fully live up to expectations. 🔹 Healthy Option It’s fat-free and sugar-free, making it appealing for calorie-conscious eaters (page 1 – product highlights on label). It’s also vegetarian and vegan-friendly, which is a plus (page 1 – “Diet Type: Vegetarian, Vegan”). 🔹 Mixed Results on Taste While it does add flavor to salads without the guilt, it has an artificial aftertaste and thinner consistency than I prefer (page 4 – customer reviews noting thin texture and strong vinegar flavor). It’s okay as a diet-friendly alternative, but not something I’d use every day. ✅ Pros: Fat-free and sugar-free Vegan and vegetarian-friendly Low calorie option for salads ❌ Cons: Thin, watery consistency Artificial aftertaste Not as flavorful as regular dressings Overall: A serviceable low-calorie option if you’re strictly watching sugar and fat, but the flavor and texture may disappoint compared to traditional dressings.

Get it if you are cutting calories.
I love these. The only one that is not good is the raspberry. If you love sugary things this is not for you, but the flavor is good.
