I love it. It the quality wasn't very good I was going to have my husband make me one. the quality was great for the price.

My letter board arrived in perfect condition and with plenty of letters and symbols. The quality is great, in my opinion, and it looks very nice on the wall! The bags that the letters come in are very cute, as well. I like to change out what it says every few weeks, and it's really fun to do :)

Much larger than expected which was a nice surprise. Beautifully made and came with lots of letters and numbers. Looked great during my pop up!

The idea is great. The execution is poor. This is an unfinished product. Before use, it will need to be sanded. ESPECIALLY if this is going to be gifted to a CHILD. This is made from rough, unfinished plywood. There will be splinters! Lots of splinters.

When I received the first one, the frame was shattered. It was really weird. No damage to the box-- it was double boxed and neither box showed damage. Three of the four corners of the frame were separated and one side of the frame had a huge split down it. I requested a replacement which shipped quickly. The second one was in perfect shape. I love the large tile letters, black with white letter. Very stylish.

I purchased this as a gift for my mother in law. The tiles were stuck together because the paint wasn’t dry when they got stacked. Letter tiles have white paint smears on the black part, missing paint where they stuck together. Contacted Amazon which actually messaged the manufacturer and they told me to message Amazon. So customer service from Stiles isn’t great. I’ll change my review on this product if the company can prove they are worth it. Otherwise stick to the Adams & Co version. Do not buy from this company.
