This company has responded to me immediately. There was a comunication error and now fixed. EB7 pro
For the EB-7 Pro... I LOVE THIS BIKE! I'm out of shape because of a disability. I got this cause I could at least Peddle and move (damaged knee and foot) without any pressure on them. I used to rides bikes all the time. But have not been able to ride for over 20 years, I tried 10 years ago but had to give up because the pain too great. This bike's power is amazing. Dual wheel, 1000w motors in each tire, A BUTTON to turn on front wheel at any time (Great when going up hill and sand area's and the other brands don't have) It has more than enough power for hills and sand. From Personal experience. Suspension is nice, rear is stiff, but i'm fat so, I got a spring seat post, (great) front is good, brakes great. speed is 34-36mph. Frame super strong with nice weld quality. Tires OK for basic trail and street, I replaced seat with wider one but original seat good for most people. Battery is now getting lower than when first bought (they do that) first couple of days went 20 miles no peddling no change in battery strength. Now after 5 miles you can tell its running down quickly, but still working (replacement in future a must). Battery charger is 3 amp other brands only come with 2 amp so takes longer to charge, full charge 5 hours vs 8+ hours on theirs. I go for nice 40 min ride (no peddling) so takes 3 hours to fully charge. If u run it with just rear wheel drive, PAS1 9mph dual 12mph, its like that all the way up to PAS5 top speed is tested by me 35 mph on flat street, light wind. PAS is nice when u need to have a little power and then no power like around a tight corner on trail just peddle one cycle and it gives u just a bit of a boost then stops so u can make tight corner. OR you can use the throttle on handle just on/off. It has thumb lever type not motorcycle type (roll hand grip) which is OK. Now, because Im overweight, 275lbs 5'11", and in bad shape. This bike might save my life. I've had no exercise in many years, I have not seen a PCP in over 5 years, too much pain, just gave up on life, waiting to die. I'm really sore and can barely move after 5 miles on this bike, (bad health, from disability and not bike's fault) I at least have something to look forward too and I have a smile when i even think of this bike. I highly recommend this bike for anyone wanting to get into shape with a smile on their face. OR Anyone that wants a powerful, fun, electric, trail/street/beach bike and wants a smile on your face. added 3.21.24: Purchased on Black Friday sale, Battery is still OK after 4-5 months. Bike is still great! Still love it! Tool kit does not come with 18mm wrench for tire removal. I got 1 at Amazon (Sunex 993018M 18 mm) to put in kit. I got flat tire from thorn, so update ur kit for $7. Now, I got "FlatOut sealer" in each tube (youtube shows how to do it). Seems like the best solution for me, happy with everything!. EDIT added 4-19-24 Still love the bike. Everything holding up well. I added an extension to the handlebars. Now 1.2" higher (Azarxis Bike Fork Stem Extender) bought at Amazon for $10. I sit up a little straighter now, easy to install. I found that position more comfortable. Rear shock is still pretty stiff. Loosing weight with this bike and still smile on my face every time! EDIT 2-6-2025. This is a follow up almost a year now. Still luv the bike! I wrecked and broke a 2 spokes on back wheel. I didn't think it was a big deal but, after a month broke 2 more. Make sure to replace spokes ASAP because it will cause more to break. easy to fix too. E-bycco sent me free a full set of spokes and ends. I had to send a pic to them is all. Other things, i had worn back break pads and replaced them. Took a little time and ordered the refill brake line kit and pads (from Amazon just follow directions on Kit) so, breaks as good as new. Battery still strong, bike is still strong, replace seat and then went back to original seat. No chips on paint (thick paint), frame still beefy strong, light and controls still good. Tires worn down but still OK. All the wires, electric motors the same as new. The middle shock metal hinge will loosen up, i put the blue lock-tight on it (don't tightened too much, needs to work as a hinge) and all good. I use blue (don't use red) lock-tight on all the screws so I don't have to worry about loose screws. I would buy this bike again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend E-bycco and this bike. I'm looking at the new one with 3000 watt motors! This is an Honest review, I paid for this bike myself. If E-Bycco or the bike was bad I would say so... This is a good company and the bike is good too. I believe you wont be dis-appointed!

Excellent Bike!
I'm very happy with this purchase. Delivery was quick through FED-EX. The bike was packed well with much care and padding to protect it. The bike was about 90% assembled. The video on You-Tube helped a lot plus the owner's manual is very informative. I bought the 26-inch EB7 Pro. The bracket for the fender was for the 24-inch model so I couldn't put the front fender on. I emailed customer support, and they got back to me within hours. They shipped the correct bracket to me, and I received it within a week. Customer support is excellent, and they have their own website to order parts and accessories. The bike is solid and has excellent acceleration. The battery is of good quality, and I am comfortable with it. I highly recommend this bike and this company. Thank you e-bycco!

FUN, FAST, and did I say FUN?
I am really enjoying my e-bycco bike. It was easy to assemble and is easy to operate. The bike is solidly built. On my commute to work, I reach peak speeds just under 40mph! (with both motors running) The bike handles the speed very well, and never feels unsafe. I have an 8 mile commute to work riding on a country highway and it is a pleasure. Customer service is fantastic. There is a small metal guard that protects the derailer. It did it's job, as my box was damaged in shipping. The guard got bent, and prevented the bike from shifting beyond second gear. I emailed the company, they requested a picture, diagnosed the problem. I removed the guard and the bike shifted perfectly. Then sent a new guard with I have already reinstalled and everything is great. The only "wish" I have for this bike is an integrated tail light with brake lights instead of just having a reflector. However, my bike helmets has illumination and turn signals and that solves that issue for me. Thanks for a great bike!

Great bike and value! QC not so great on small items...
What I liked: It was pretty simple to put together using the installation video. The electronics worked and was pretty fast (Im 6'4"/215lbs). The value is definitely there. What I didn't like: Although no issues with the front tire, the rear tire blew out at 15 PSI when I was pumping it up. I checked the tire carefully for pinches etc before I started but I think I just got a bad tube. The second thing is I noticed the rear disc brake isn't true. There's a huge wobble when i rotate the rear tire so I had to disconnect the disc brake because it was scrapping hard every rotation. Which brings me to the rear wheel. Your mileage may vary but my bike it was in wedged in the frame. I have two other regular bikes (non-ebikes) and never had to use much strength to get them out. This ebike one is insane. I almost gave up until someone on youtube used a rubber mallet to get it off. I was very cautious as I didn't want to break anything. It took almost an as long to build the bike as it did to get the rear wheel off. It sucked so bad, I really hate it because I'll need to get it off if i have to do maintenance or change the tube again. I tried to go through the company but was sent to Amazon customer service and they said I could send the bike back. It's too much hassle for me and I really want the bike so I bought some tubes and will need to get a disc brake. My only concern is getting the rear wheel off and on. TLDR: Runs great even with one brake! Came with bad rear tube ($15) and bent rear disc brake ($?)
